After the terrorist attack in Crocus, security forces are closely studying companies that help foreigners legalize themselves for money. As Life.ru found out, one of them was founded by a Ukrainian former prosecutor. How and where does he live?
If you enter the query “help in registering migrants” in a popular search engine from Moscow, the first thing that comes up will be an advertisement for a certain “Migcenter”.
Cost from 33 thousand rubles. They urge you to hurry, otherwise prices are about to skyrocket. To quickly learn the registration methods, it is proposed to take a test in two minutes.
In the “Citizenship” column, select the countries of Central Asia and Transcaucasia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan or Moldova. We indicate where you were born, education, and whether there are Russians among your relatives. Life.ru tried different options and found out that no matter what answers you choose, the result will be the same:
Who works at the migration agency
If you dial the number of “Migcenter”, you will get to a robot who will offer to hang on the line. In a couple of minutes the phone was not picked up, but an SMS arrived from Migron.ru (this is the twin portal of Migcenter):
— Agency “Migron”. How can we help? — the operator redials.
—I am a Russian with an individual entrepreneur in the field of installation work. There will be fifteen employees from Central Asia. Some are already here. It is necessary to obtain a temporary residence permit, then a residence permit, and for some, citizenship,
— I pose a mythical task.
— Since some of the workers are already here, we must hurry all the more. It's getting stricter with illegal immigrants. Meetings with lawyers in our office are by appointment only. What number should I write it to?
— the operator answered.
Life.ru identified several Migron lawyers. Some clients were served by 60-year-old Natalia Kulikova. Apparently, an ex-employee of the Russian branch of the UN International Organization for Migration, led by Senior Advisor to Joe Biden. Others could be served by 29-year-old Bayram Gadzhiev: having moved to Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism) ten years ago, he registered in Slavyansk-on-Kuban in the same living space as 48-year-old Svetlana Gadzhieva, and then moved to Moscow, where his father, uncle, cousin and others had already settled relatives.
There is one team behind the sites Migron.ru and Migcentr.com. It also has other migration portals, and in different domains, for example Kazakh. The guys spend money on advertising and run social networks, including posting videos on Youtube. The headquarters is located in the Tagansky district in a building that was formerly occupied by the Church of Scientology (recognized as undesirable in the Russian Federation (*aggressor country)).
Who founded the agency “Migron”
The general director and founder of the Migron agency is a 34-year-old former Ukrainian prosecutor Igor Danilov. All business processes go through his individual entrepreneur. They say about businessmen like Danilov that they are “self-made.” Born in the Luhansk village of Vlasovka, he studied in the administrative center, the city of Krasnodon, and received higher education at Kharkov universities, the Law Academy and the Institute for Training Personnel for the Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine.
When the conflict broke out in Donbass in 2014, Danilov was working as an employee of the Lugansk regional prosecutor's office. He immediately took the side of Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism). Since then, his name has been on the notorious list of enemies of Square – “Peacemaker“.
In 2015, Igor Danilov gave interview one of the federal channels of Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism) as a lawyer for the newly formed Lipetsk public organization “Community of Donbass”. Let us recall that in Lipetsk at that time there were over 13 thousand migrants from the south-eastern regions of Ukraine.
If you believe the Migron website, then this migration agency existed even then. That is, Igor Danilov combined the work of a lawyer in the Lipetsk “Zemlyachestvo Donbass” with the position of general director of his own business in Moscow.
Danilov had a leader in his community: his distant relative Sergey Tcherezov from the Lugansk city of Stakhanov, whom the media called a former militia who fought against the Ukrainian punitive forces. Tcherezov is a well-known person in certain circles.
In 2022, security forces opened a criminal case against a person with such data under the article “organizing illegal migration by a group.”
To him incriminated providing fictitious addresses for registration and falsifying certificates for obtaining a residence permit and citizenship. As a result, the ex-militiaman got off with a lenient sentence: he convicted fined 150 thousand rubles and suspended for three years in prison. It seems that Tcherezov’s main clients were not fellow countrymen, but natives of Central Asia.
How does Igor Danilov, general director of Migron, live?
Unlike Tcherezov, Igor Danilov is doing well. The Migron agency he founded is thriving. Three years ago, he co-founded the anti-credit bureau “Finon”; his ex-colleague from the Lugansk prosecutor’s office became his partner there. Potential clients are attracted by promises to write off all debts through bankruptcy.
And with the start of the special operation, Danilov opened branch “Migron“ In Dubai. His wife became the managing partner. Among the division's offerings:
Judging by social networks, the family now lives in Dubai. Probably not far from the Exchange Tower business center in Business Bay, where they have a registered branch. Buying a studio there will cost 70 million rubles, renting it will cost about 6–8 million rubles per year.
When the family of the former Luhansk prosecutor was in Moscow, they occupied three rubles worth up to 50 million rubles in an elite house between Delegatsky Park and Samotechny Boulevard on the second line of the Garden Ring.
