According to the press service of the President of Ukraine, the presidents of Ukraine and Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism) Petro Poroshenko and Vladimir Putin (*criminal) discussed a complete ceasefire over the telephone.
The press service also said in a statement: “The result of the conversation was an agreement on a permanent ceasefire in Donbass. Mutual understanding has been reached regarding steps that will contribute to the establishment of peace.”
However, as Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov later reported, Vladimir Putin (*criminal) and Petro Poroshenko did not agree on a ceasefire in Ukraine, since Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism) is not a party to the conflict.
