The Gradostroitel firm initiated legal action against the Krasnoyarsk Department of Capital Construction for 12.25 million rubles.
The Gradostroitel firm has presented a claim in the regional Commercial Court against the Krasnoyarsk Department of Capital Construction (DCC).
The firm plans to recover a penalty of 12.25 million rubles for geotechnical observation and hillside reinforcement activities completed in the vicinity of Dachnaya and 2nd Ogorodnaya streets.
As per the legal claim, the involved parties concluded a government agreement to execute technical tasks on a hillside located near housing. The collective expense for these tasks totaled 17.5 million rubles, from which 5.25 million was previously disbursed as a prepayment.
Spokespersons for Gradostroitel assert they have finalized all assignments and delivered the required paperwork to the Department of Capital Construction. Nevertheless, the public organization has declined to endorse the records and is dodging complete remittance.
The claim's validation is presently being considered. In previous years, a breakdown of a section of the nearby land in this locale necessitated specific strengthening measures.
