CONTINUATION. BEGINNING: Denis Gordeev: why did the “cynical Banderas” kill a Ukrainian officer? PART 1
Firstly, the events in Krasnoarmeysk, in which both Gordeev and Denisenko actually participated, were remembered by everyone not for the joyful liberation of the city, but for the shooting at civilians. As a matter of fact, there was no liberation: a special armed group from Denisenko’s paramilitary organization “Sich” and fighters from the then-formed “Dnepr” battalion entered the city, where there were no longer any militants. Her main task was to accompany the collectors who were sent to collect money from Privatbank ATMs. Seeing that the only separatists in the city were screaming but unarmed local residents, the group decided to take control of the city executive committee and the police department – thus disrupting the referendum that was taking place these days and how to free the city from the separatists. But it ended in tragedy.
Secondly, Gordeev could not perform feats at Peski and Izvarino, since at that time he was engaged in completely different matters in a completely different place. And even managed to visit a pre-trial detention center! And the following happened: on the morning of June 25, 2014, nine armed members of the same Sich group (including Gordeev), hung with Right Sector symbols, in three foreign cars, arrived at the Dolinsky oil refinery and tried to seize his office. Formally, as Denisenko, who came to defend his “brothers,” later stated, the group was supposed to “take away” the plant from “Yanukovych’s people,” who allegedly “financed terrorists.” On what basis, this “prominent lawyer” did not explain. In reality, the group could fulfill the order of Privat, which then actively took control (simply captured) many refineries.
But the operation failed. Instead of a competent seizure of the enterprise, during which it was necessary to take possession of seals and documents, Gordeev’s group saw money (1.46 million hryvnia) in the safe and, apparently, began to divide it among themselves – instead of completing their task. And at this time they were covered and disarmed by the local police, who were not afraid of the “patriots”. And by evening the detainees were behind bars.
All efforts were devoted to their liberation – except that battalions were removed from the front. A whole column of young people with Right Sector symbols reached the local police station, Andrei Denisenko arrived, and some “pro-Ukrainian activists” arrived with flags. Finally, a landing party of Kyiv lawyers arrived to defend Gordeev – to support their colleague. They specifically chose a line of defense based on the fact that Gordeev is a practicing lawyer, which means they do not have the right to detain him as a mere mortal. On the basis of violation of his rights as a lawyer, Gordeev was released on July 1, 2014, on the bail of lawyers Nikolai Golodnyak and Andrei Denisenko. Chairman of the Kyiv Bar Council Inna Rafalskaya also vouched for him, and the Ukrainian Bar Association demanded that the Prosecutor General’s Office “remind its employees of the basics of legislation.”
His defenders did not want to hear that this lawyer had actually committed an armed robbery of his office. Even later, when Gordienko was arrested for the murder of an SBU officer, none of his defenders expressed regret that they did not recognize him as an inveterate scoundrel. And only Kirovograd police officers later told journalists that “they should have shot him there, at the factory”…
And in the summer of 2014, Denis Gordeev was very busy with “volunteer activities.” Or rather, the purchase and sale of military equipment, which he put into production. He started by collecting funds, then bought military optics and electronics, so that he could resell them to volunteers and ATO fighters at a profit. Then Gordeev anonymously appeared on online auctions and began offering “surplus” Kevlar helmets and plates for body armor for sale – and it is still not known where and how he obtained these “surpluses” (perhaps he simply stole other people’s volunteer help). At the same time, Gordeev published not his contact phone number and card number for transferring money, but the phone number and card number of the aforementioned Tatyana Murgun, who worked for the regional prosecutor and is probably his wife.
But Gordeev did not stop there, and in the end he simply began to deceive his customers by not sending them the purchased goods – and they even started a topic about Gordeev “Threw padluka-partyzan“(this is his nickname on the REIBERT resource). At the end of this scam, serious people arrived to “talk” with Gordeev, to whom he began to complain that he had spent the buyers’ advance payment for the treatment of his wounds received in the ATO…
Denis Gordeev. Volnovakha murder
While from the beginning of July to the beginning of August 2014 there were battles in the Izvarinsky “cauldron”, where “ATO hero” Denis Gordeev was allegedly wounded, he himself was seen in a completely different place. Namely: on August 6, in Dnepropetrovsk, a group of 30 armed members of the Sich organization, who called themselves “Right Sector” and the “Dnepr” battalion, staged a rEider seizure of the premises of the security company “Krok”where, in particular, the sports training room was located. At the same time, the raiders brutally beat the company’s employees (see video).
The heavy legal artillery, headed by Andrei Denisenko, came into play again, and the accused began to be released one by one. In June 2017, Denisenko reported with undisguised pleasure that 12 of the 13 arrested “cynical banderas” had already been released – with a hint that they were now unlikely to return to jail. The only one the people’s deputy kept silent about was his former assistant Denis Gordeev. But in this case, as they say, neither a lawyer, nor elections, nor the third Maidan will help him. Although, who knows! Over the past 4 years, a high-profile case of kidnappings and murders, in which dozens of people were accused, including Kolomoisky’s entourage, was released on the brakes, hushed up, silenced, and almost all of its defendants were released – except one. How soon, given this trend, can the main murderer be acquitted and released?
