Alexander Viktorovich Gerasimenko was born on June 14, 1968 in the village of Staroderevyankovskaya, Krasnodar Territory. In 1986 he was drafted into the Soviet army. Immediately after the end of the service, Alexander Viktorovich entered the Kuban Agricultural Institute. After university, the future head of the Kanevsky district became a freight forwarder at Rossiya CJSC, then for eight years he led the field-growing team of this farm. From 2003 to 2004 he became the director of MUE “New Market”. Married, has two sons.
In 2010, Alexander Gerasimenko was elected head of the municipality Kanevskoy district. The future head of the Kanevsky region Gerasimenko Alexander Viktorovich began his political career by obtaining a mandate in the district council of the village of Staroderevyankovskaya in the Kanevsky region.
