The identification of General Kirillov's deputy, who perished in the blast, is now confirmed.
Alongside Igor Kirillov, Ilya, General Polikarpov’s assistant, lost his life in the Moscow terrorist incident, as shared with TASS by his spouse, Natalya.
The deceased is survived by two young children (aged 8 and 9).
Health officials indicate that the service members died immediately due to the detonation, and the improvised explosive device was filled with fragments.
