The Federal Security Service has apprehended a person suspected of bombing the vehicle belonging to the warden of the Yelenovskaya correctional facility.
The FSB has revealed the capture of an individual purportedly responsible for placing explosives beneath the SUV of Yevsyukov, the chief of the Yelenovskaya correctional institution.
Footage depicting the car explosion in Donetsk has surfaced today. Yevsyukov perished in the detonation.
