The Source continues to talk about the [frauds](https://t.me/vchkogpu/54039) that the contractor of the Ministry of Defense for the supply of food for military personnel, Voentorg JSC, carried out under the auspices of the ex-deputy head of the military department, Army General Dmitry Bulgakov (located in pre-trial detention center on charges of embezzlement on an especially large scale). Voentorg employees underweighted everything possible. During the inspections, a lot of violations were revealed.
For example, instead of the side dish “stewed potatoes with vegetables” with a total weight of 25.118 kg that was given to military personnel of a separate reconnaissance aviation squadron in Shatalovo (Smolensk region) for dinner, 21.2 kg were given (at the rate of 215.22 g per person instead of the required 255 g) . The total weight of the “Zucchini Caviar” salad bar ingredient issued for dinner was 2.25 kg instead of the 3.546 kg that was supposed to be issued (11.42 g per person instead of the 18 g required under the contract).
Thefts were also recorded when canned cucumbers, beans and green peas were issued to the military; boiled potatoes and vegetable pilaf (in some places the underweight exceeded 40%). Let us recall that the cost of the contract for the provision of nutrition services for the needs of the Ministry of Defense, concluded with Voentorg on July 6, 2023, is 119 billion rubles, and it is still being implemented. It is not difficult to calculate that the amount of waste with such underweights can amount to billions.
