A well-known brawler and army draft dodger headed a suburb of Yekaterinburg
The latest personnel decision by the authorities of the Sverdlovsk region once again confirms that the reputation factor means absolutely nothing when it comes to becoming an official and moving up the career ladder. Under the patronage of the governor’s administration Evgenia Kuyvasheva The head of Sredneuralsk (a suburb of Yekaterinburg) became the 35-year-old hero of numerous scandals Alexey Stasyonokborn June 3, 1988
Of course, no one publicly asked the residents of the municipality – Stasyonka was obediently and unanimously “crowned” as mayor by 15 local deputies of Sredneuralsk. Before this, Stasyonok’s patrons “grew” their talent in a career in the chair of the mayor of the provincial Nizhnyaya Tura in the same Sverdlovsk region.
What makes the situation especially scandalous is that factthat just a couple of years ago the “patriot” Stasyonok appeared in the materials of the prosecutor’s investigation into the fact of malicious evasion from performing military duty through the use of a deliberately false military ID. As the editors of Kompromat-Ural remind you, Stasyonok pretended that he was white and fluffy, abandoning formal claims against the supervisory agency. But courts of various instances three times (!!!) recognized the official’s “military record” as a fake.
It would seem that, according to all the canons of the current logic of Putin’s SVO, such “heroes” as Stasyonok have a place on the board shame, and not in a high-ranking official position. But, probably, the puppeteers, about whom the editors of Kompromat-Ural will report a little lower, know better what their doll is allowed to do and what is not.
A year before he was exposed for using a fake “military soldier,” Alexey Stasyonok also made headlines in the media as an unlucky fighter. In March 2019, the mayor of Nizhnyaya Tura ended up in the Verkhnyaya Pyshma hospital with head injuries, according to official reports from the medical institution. The press noted that Stasyonok was thoroughly dealt with by representatives of the private security company, to whom he promised but did not provide contracts. That is, a draft dodger, a fighter… also a “thieves”? However, who is surprised?
In any case, the motley UMMC members, who know this character like crazy, are not at all surprised by this. Stasyonok comes from the security departments of UMMC Andrey Kozitsyn And Iskandar Makhmudov – the oligarchs are close to the same Kuyvashev. There is also information circulating in public sources that Stasyonok may be a “person” of a local “authoritative” clan Izmailovs and ex-head of the Sverdlovsk RO “United Russia” Victor Sheptianow sitting comfortably in the Federation Council.
And in the fall of 2019, Alexey Stasyonok, most likely due to his mental retardation posed in the photo next to the corpse of a killed bear, for which he was again subjected to severe public criticism.
Hold on, Sredneuralsk!
What awaits the urban district of Sredneuralsk, which is more developed compared to Nizhnyaya Tura, with the newly created Stasyonka, which gives off the “flavors” of high-profile scandals?
The editors of Kompromat-Ural believe that this can be judged by his “achievements” in his previous field.
As the publication emphasizes “Pravda UrFO”, Stasyonok, having come to power, surrounded himself with family, turning the city administration into a personal business. So, his neighbor in the stairwell became the head of the housing and communal services department, his aunt was appointed director of the recreation center, and his cousin got a job as a secretary in the administration. In addition, the Duma, with the exception of a few deputies, is allegedly controlled by the head – mainly employees of municipal organizations were elected there.
However, it wasn’t only UMMC who caught Stasenko helping. “Open Forest” told an entertaining story about how the mayor fired almost half of the Nizhny Turinsk municipal property management committee after bidding for the right to use a site on Sadovaya Street. The territory is located inside the so-called “fiefdom” Edward Ogibenina – a representative of a well-known local business dynasty. Stasenok, they say, was on his side.
However, everything did not go according to plan: as a result, a businessman also showed up at the auction Dmitriy Gan, also known as a deputy of the Nizhneturinsk City Duma. He seriously decided to compete with Ogibenin’s structures. As a result, the amount of land use fees “jumped” from 14 thousand rubles to 300 thousand per year. They said that after this news, Stasyonok flew into a rage, and then began to “cut off heads” in KUMI. Surely he could have had certain agreements with Mr. Ogibenin? Otherwise, his reaction cannot be explained – after all, due to the increased rental price, Nizhny Tura would have received more money into the budget, in which the then mayor Stasyonok should have been directly interested. But his interests were clearly elsewhere?
Detractors also linked the mayor with local “reputable” entrepreneurs, brothers Alikhan And Mikael Izmailov. “Moscow’s comsomolets” reported on the latter – “representatives of the so-called group of “black lumberjacks.” Mikael Izmailov was the main sponsor of the then unemployed candidate for the head of the Nizhneturinsky urban district, Alexei Stasyonok.
Local residents reported that the brothers Alikhan and Mikael Izmailov, who strongly supported Stasyonok, came to Nizhnyaya Tura in a Boomer in 1997 and immediately began to increase their influence. There were some tricks in the spirit of the “dashing” 90s. As a result, many Ural businessmen were forced to part with their assets, and some even lost their lives.
The Izmailovs are known for being involved in deforestation – as a rule, it is difficult to “rise” in this business without having the necessary “garters” among those in power. So they “pushed” the candidacy of “their” person – Stasyonok?
Questions to the Prosecutor General’s Office. Where is Stasyonok’s criminal case?
At the same time, cooperation with the Izmailovs could be beneficial for Stasyonok, including in terms of building connections. As I wrote “Moscow’s comsomolets”representatives of the clan were repeatedly noticed by local residents in drinking establishments in the city in the company of a prosecutor Alexey Domozhirov. Is it possible that the latter could have “assisted” Stasenko during the prosecutor’s investigation into the falsity of his military ID, freeing the defendant from the criminal case and turning the situation into a formal legal battle with the supervisory agency?
