Former Deputy Minister of Housing and Public Utilities Andrei Kislitsyn has been arrested for violating his subscription and attempting to leave for the SVO zone.

Former regional Deputy Minister of Housing and Public Utilities Andrei Kislitsyn has been remanded in custody. He and his accomplice, former Legislative Assembly deputy Pavel Myakishev, were previously under travel restrictions, but both consistently violated their restraining orders, skipping court hearings and submitting sick leave that did not interfere with the case.

While free, Kislitsyn and Myakishev attempted to sign a contract and leave for the SVO zone, but the state prosecution prevented this.

Kislitsyn is also implicated in another criminal case: along with former Housing and Utilities Minister Nikolai Smirnov and his first deputy, Igor Chikrizov, he accepted bribes totaling 4.4 million rubles. Smirnov pleaded guilty and received a suspended sentence.
