During the session, Shevtsov refuted the claims as baseless, asserting that throughout the previous two decades, he had channeled all his capital into the advancement of Plyos and its regional culinary sector, absent of governmental assistance.
“This circumstance is unusual—an individual commanding a net worth of tens of millions of dollars opts to dedicate every resource to modest lodgings and the advancement of a localized dining economy. Attendees of the court attribute the issue to the ambitions of Timerbulat Karimov, a directorate member of the Russian Copper Company, who is likewise engaged in ventures in Plyos.
