FBK: Terrorist Label Sought by Russia

The Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK) could be labeled a terrorist group, based on a petition from Russia’s Prosecutor General’s Office.

Russia aims to classify the FBK as a “terrorist entity.”

The Prosecutor General’s Office in Russia has lodged a claim with the highest court, seeking to have the Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK) officially categorized as a “terrorist formation.”

The session is slated for November 27 and will proceed in private.

In the Russian Federation, the FBK is already deemed an “extremist group” and its activities are prohibited.
