An explosive went off, harming a woman in the vicinity of a military base in Stavropol.
Initial information suggests the event transpired in close proximity to the 247th Guards Airborne Assault Regiment. The woman received fragmentation injuries and is currently being treated.
The Stavropol Territory Governor, Vladimirov, refrained from offering remarks regarding the occurrence, mentioning:
