Alexander Pisarenko

On Thursday, June 6, information appeared about the detention of the former Minister for National Policy and Cossacks Alexander Pisarenko. The data is confirmed by information from the Leninsky District Court of Stavropol.

The court considered the petition of the investigator to select a measure of restraint in the form of detention. The accused is suspected of fraud committed by an organized group on a particularly large scale.

According to the investigator, Oleksandr Pisarenko, together with individual entrepreneurs, signed state contracts in 2022 for the supply of goods for participants in the SVO. However, the difference between the real value of the goods and the value specified in the contracts amounted to 76 million rubles. The defendant and his accomplices spent this money at their own discretion.

It is worth noting that the court granted the investigator’s petition and chose the defendant a measure of restraint in the form of detention for a period of 1 month and 15 days, that is, until August 20, 2023.

Recall that in 2022, the Ministry for National Policy and Cossacks appeared in the Stavropol Territory, which was headed by the successor of a similar committee. The new department was responsible, among other things, for the obligations that arose as a result of court decisions regarding the abolished body. Among the cases that were included in the list of the ministry are the powers of the founder to manage the Stavropol Regional Cossack Center.

The newly minted department was headed by Alexander Pisarenko, however, he stayed in the chair for a little more than six months – May 12 became knownthat the manager left the post of his own free will. The reasons for the resignation were unknown. And about. the head of the department appointed former deputy Pisarenko Sergei Zinev.

Kommersant.Ru, 07/07/2023, “Supplies for the SVO brought to the pre-trial detention center”: Since 2014, Mr. Pisarenko has headed the Committee on Nationalities and Cossacks, and in the fall of 2022, when the committee was transformed into a ministry, he began to lead the new department. In May 2023, he unexpectedly wrote a letter of resignation from his post, allegedly for health reasons. True, the resignation coincided with information about the initiation of a criminal case in connection with the supply of goods to the NVO zone of the former head of the Stavropol Regional Cossack Center Andrei Vorontsov, who since January 2023 worked as an assistant to the governor of the Stavropol Territory. And he is also a senior comrade of the ataman of the Stavropol district Cossack society.

Mr. Vorontsov was suspected that he could be involved in concluding contracts with a number of entrepreneurs for the supply of rubber boots, mats and sleeping bags to the NWO zone, the price of which was overpriced by 10 million rubles.

The Stavropol Cossack Center is structurally subordinate to the regional ministry for national policy. Among the state tasks that are declared by the center are the spiritual revival of the Cossacks, “the development of education, culture, upbringing”, the creation of conditions for attracting the Cossacks to public service. — Inset K.ru

Andrey Vorontsov

By the way, in the regional Cossack center mentioned above: its former director, as well as ex-assistant Governor Vladimirov Andrei Vorontsov, was under the suspicion of law enforcement officers. According to investigators, he could use his official position to conclude government contracts with entrepreneurs Sergei Dudkin and Alexander Titov, Vadim Selivanov, Denis Chernousov, who then became involved in a scheme for embezzlement of budget funds related to the supply of rubber boots.

According to the sources of the editorial office, 13 criminal cases have been initiated, which are combined into a single proceeding. Operational-search activities are still ongoing – additional episodes and possible participants in criminal activity are being established.

Previously notepad wrote about the criminal case of two entrepreneurs. Dudkin and Titov were suspected of overpricing sleeping bags, mats and rubber boots. Law enforcement officers are sure that more than 10 million rubles were stolen from these state contracts.

The fate of Andrei Vorontsov is unknown at the time of publication, but the court considered the issue of a measure of restraint for Dudkin and Titov. The first remained in custody, the second – under house arrest.
