The Estonian administration indicated that at the JEF gathering in Tallinn, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, and the United Kingdom decided to impede the actions and discourage Russian “shadow fleet” ships.
The United Kingdom, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Finland and Estonia are directing their maritime forces to require proper insurance documentation from alleged “shadow vessels” traversing the English Channel, the Danish Great Belt Straits, the passage between Denmark and Sweden and the Gulf of Finland.
