Open letter to the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry
Ladies and gentlemen!
I am Sotnik Alexander Vladimirovich, an independent journalist and editor-in-chief of the Sotnik-TV channel.
In 2018, I came to Lithuania, which saved me and my family from the inevitable repressions in Russia by providing journalistic accreditation. Since then, Lithuania has become a close and dear country for me.
I consider it my duty to bring to the attention of the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Government of Lithuania the important information that I have.
Leaders are now on the territory of Lithuania FBK* (headquarters of Navalny RF**), who, using media resources (websites, YouTube channels, etc.), actively agitate Russians to participate in the September vote. I have been analyzing the activities of FBK for a long time*, and came to the conclusion that over the years this organization has implicitly contributed to the identification of citizens who are ready to resist the regime. Volkov L.M.*** together with fellow FBK* (in particular, Milov Vladimir Stanislavovich****Zhdanov Ivan Yurievich***** and others) conduct hybrid activities with elements of political provocations, imitating the struggle against the regime, while the result of this “struggle” was a clear strengthening of the Kremlin’s repressive machine.
Citizen of the Russian Federation Volkov Leonid Mikhailovich, who is in the status of a political refugee, developed an active political activity on the territory of Lithuania, which is aimed at strengthening fascist Russia. His actions legitimize the supposedly “electoral” system in the Russian Federation through participation in Putin’s electoral machinations (calls for “Smart Voting” https://youtu.be/nsVK6vm_DX8), create the basis for the prolongation of the Putin regime, hostile to the entire civilized world. One example is MP Sergei Savostyanov, who was elected as a result of the Smart Vote and in March 2022 called for “the denazification of Poland, Moldova, the Baltic States and Kazakhstan.
According to my analytical conclusions, agitation by Volkov and FBK* for Putin’s plebiscite, puts this organization in the position of an accomplice and accomplice in the Kremlin’s crimes.
I hope my opinion can be useful for you and will contribute to the reconsideration of granting residence permits to people who help strengthen the Kremlin regime, hiding behind the legend of fighting corruption within fascist Russia.

The group of Leonid Volkov is implementing in Lithuania the plans of the Russian special services and the Kremlin as a whole to eliminate the Russian opposition, to promote the propaganda guidelines of the Kremlin. This activity is financed by Putin’s inner circle. To diagnose this work, it is enough to analyze the sources of financing for the projects of this group.
