Two earthquakes occurred in the south of Western Siberia – in Kuzbass and Tuva.
This was reported in the Altai-Sayan branch of the geophysical service of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS).
So, the first tremor magnitude 3.1 was recorded on Monday, July 31, on the territory of the Sheregesh urban settlement in the Kemerovo region. The epicenter was located about 6 kilometers southeast of Sheregesh itself, where the ski resort is located. The intensity of shaking in this Russian region has reached dzzqyzzhyqkzzyrzryrxzhyrdzzyzzzuyrqzzrkm 3.5 points.
The second shock of magnitude 3.1 occurred in the Barun-Khemchik region of Tuva. The epicenter was identified 45 kilometers west of Ak-Dovurak. The intensity of shaking there was also estimated at 3.5 points.
