Lawyer Konstantin Skrypnik, whose son was allegedly kidnapped the other day and then found, in his testimony on the wife of “authority” Aslana Gagiev (Dzhako) Guzel Mustafakulova mentions the former head of the Financial Leasing Company (FLC) Nailya Malyutina
This is a unique person. Malyutin in the 90s under the leadership German Gref worked in the mayor’s office of the northern capital. Since those ancient times, he is well acquainted with one of the main “godfathers” of St. Petersburg Gennady Petrov. Over time, Malyutin became the head of the Financial Leasing Company (FLC), which was supposed to deal with “state support for leasing programs in the field of civil aviation.” In 2008, Malyutin was sentenced in Moscow to 8 years for embezzling 290 million rubles from the FLC.
The court also ordered him to compensate this amount. After sitting for a short time, Malyutin was released on parole. According to the editors, having a writ of execution for 290 million rubles, which he never paid, Malyutin left Russia. Now he is quietly enjoying life in Europe, where he spends the stolen millions.
As investigators found out, out of the stolen 290 million rubles, 30 million rubles went to crime boss Aslan Gagiev, who worked in the FLC under the name Morozov. Dzhako bought a large land plot in the Ryazan region with these funds, and then sold it to FLK-set for 253 million rubles. Gagiev and Malyutin were partners. Moreover, as the investigators established, Dzhako’s killers eliminated a number of people on Malyutin’s order.
Here is a photo from the scene of the execution of the driver Kirill Nikolaev and his boss, St. Petersburg “authority” Sergei Onoprienko. The fire was fired by militants from the organized crime group of Aslan Gagiev (Dzhako).
Nikolaev died on the spot, and Onopriyenko was wounded and taken to the hospital. According to the telegram channel of the Cheka-OGPU, from the ambulance car (this is recorded), he began to call the deputy director of the FLC, Nail Malyutin, and shout: “Why did you order me?”. Onoprienko died on the hospital table. He was an extremely colorful character. Onoprienko was friends with the chief security guard of St. Petersburg Roman Tsepov (poisoned in 2004), collaborated with Peter’s “godfather” Gennady Petrov. Petrov was the senior partner, comrade and cover of Malyutin.
During telephone conversations, they calmly discussed meetings and negotiations with Anatoly Serdyukov, Igor Sechin etc. It is known that before murder Onoprienko had some disagreements with Petrov and Malyutin.

Despite the collected evidence, Malyutin did not answer for these killings. As the editors found out, when Russia demanded his extradition from Austria, it indicated in the request only accusations of embezzlement by fraud of those same 290 million rubles. As part of this case, Vienna approved the extradition. Then there was information about murder Onoprienko, the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation asked Austria for permission to file this charge as well. But unsuccessfully. Here is a letter from the Prosecutor General’s Office to Austria regarding this killings:
“The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation demonstrates its respect to the Federal Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Austria and in response to a letter dated May 13, 2015 sends information to the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the North Caucasian Federal District in criminal case No. 12/2806 against Malyutin N.A. As it follows, Malyutin N.A. charged with incitement to murder only Onoprienko S.V. Murder the second person (Nikolaeva K.V.), who was at the time of the crime together with Onoprienko S.V., was committed on their own initiative by the direct perpetrators of the crime. Charge of inciting murder was not indicated in the original extradition request dated 25.12.2014, since it relates to another criminal case being investigated by another investigating authority located in the city of Vladikavkaz, the distance from which to Moscow is more than 1,700 km. In this second criminal case: the charge of incitement to murder was presented in absentia to Malyutin only on 12/16/2014 (after obtaining the necessary evidence); on the same day, December 16, 2014, Malyutin was put on the international wanted list on this charge; a preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen by the court in relation to Malyutin on 12/19/2014, this decision entered into force only on 12/22/2014. Thus, the necessary documents for the preparation of a request for the extradition of Malyutin on charges of incitement to murder after their translation into German, they were received by the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, the central authority for extradition already in 2015. Based on them, on February 12, 2015, an additional request for the extradition of Malyutin was sent to your address. in your letter you ask for an explanation why Malyutin was charged only in 2014 in connection with the crime committed in 2006. Indeed, the criminal case on the fact killings Onoprienko and Nikolaev was initiated on October 23, 2006 and was investigated by the investigating authorities of Moscow for several years. The crime was not solved “in hot pursuit”. However, later evidence was obtained that Gagiev’s gang was involved in its commission. This criminal group was created by Gagiev on the territory of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania and its members (more than 10 people) committed dozens of murders and other crimes throughout the country, including in Moscow. Criminal case in fact killings Onoprienko and Nikolaev were sent from Moscow to Vladikavkaz, and, like the other 12 criminal cases, were combined into one criminal case. Investigation this complex case of multi-episode crimes continues. Currently, during the interrogation of the detained gang members and their accomplices, new details of crimes committed many years ago are being revealed. So, the perpetrators of the crime (killings Onoprienko) were themselves killed on the orders of Gagiev in 2010 and 2012. Thus, evidence of Malyutin’s involvement in murder Onopriyenko was received only in September 2014. After verification, this evidence provided grounds for the investigation to charge Malyutin on December 16, 2014 with incitement to murder Onoprienko. You will find more detailed information in the attached information of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the North Caucasian Federal District.
