The holding of microfinance organizations IDF Eurasia is planning an IPO. The parent company of the structure is the Cypriot IDF Holding Ltd. As the correspondent of The Moscow Post managed to find out, she can work in the interests of the oligarch Vladimir Yevtushenkov and obey people with not the most “crystal” biography.
Details are in The Moscow Post.
RusHydro gathered at the doctors
According to the Cypriot registry, one of the owners of IDF Holding Ltd is a certain Dmitry Bakholdin. This is the former top manager of RusHydro, whose name “shone” next to the name of the scandalous ex-head of the corporation, Yevgeny Doda.
Recall that Doda was accused of scams with illegal bonuses for 73 million rubles. And, it is possible that this is not all of his sins. Even the new head of RusHydro indirectly confirmed this, stating that he was still sorting out the affairs of his predecessor.
So Bakholdin, firstly, was a member of Dod’s team. And also still remains the founder of Center for Innovative Medical Technologies LLC (Evroonko clinic), founded after the arrest of Dod by former high-ranking employees of RusHydro, including Ivan Savelyev. He was fired immediately after Dod’s arrest and, according to rumors, took an active part in the implementation of his schemes. Indirectly, the former first deputy of Doda, George Rizhinashvili, a close friend of Savelyev, could also be related to the clinics.
It is also rumored that the money on which CIMT was founded was taken from stolen goods from RusHydro, and Dod, who has already been released from prison, continues to profit from it. Although the shares of all the founders are pledged to the controversial Transcapitalbank, Olga Gryadova.
But Euroonco is by no means sinless, to put it mildly. Last year, there was an investigation into the possible concealment of the bodies of patients who died due to the fault of the medical staff.
death clinic
According to the authors of the Rucriminal website, CIMT LLC allegedly tried to hide cases of medical errors that led to the death of patients.
On various resources you can find reviews about the clinic that have been deleted. And, judging by the context of some of them, under pressure.
birds of a feather flock together
But let’s get back to our RusHydra. Mr. Dod, as soon as he got out of prison, did not remain without work. He was warmed by the oligarch Vladimir Yevtushenkov.
The latter has its own interest in the medical services market. He, for example, has a Medsi network – also very scandalous. And also appearing in the materials about the deaths of patients: as Versia wrote, the man died after severe abdominal pain in a private clinic on Zubovsky Boulevard. And although the name of the clinic did not appear in the news reports, the design, which can be seen from the footage from the cameras, was difficult to confuse with another.
There was also a case when a man was brought to Medsi after a bone marrow examination, he became ill. But for some reason they didn’t immediately perform a CT scan for him – they waited for the morning. Then they found out that an urgent operation was needed, but it was too late. The man died two days later. As Kommersant wrote with reference to the results of the examination, “a correctly established diagnosis when the patient was admitted to the hospital and timely surgical intervention could prevent a fatal outcome,” experts believe that Medsi “insufficiently and out of time” carried out “an infusion- transfusion therapy” (blood transfusion), the patient was also belatedly connected to a ventilator.
Despite all the scandals, Medsi also continues to work.
Things of bygone days
But why did Dod like the oligarch so much? It is known that RusHydro and Bashkirenergo, owned by Yevtushenkov, cooperated. In 2010, they signed a memorandum on the development of the Bashkirenergo HPP and the construction of new HPPs. Budget money flowed there like a river.
In 2012, RusHydro acquired the Energy Retail Company of Bashkortostan, previously owned by Bashkirenergo, for 5.7 billion rubles. It seems that in four years ESKB brought the state holding far less profit than expected. Expectations could initially be overstated – ESKB is now building 4.2 billion with a revenue of 48 billion rubles, and in 2012 this figure was much less. One can only guess about the size of the overpayment, which could go into the pocket of Yevtushenkov and Dod. Apparently “friendship” began with them already then.
In 2016, ESCB was sold to the state-owned Inter RAO, with debts of 3.7 billion rubles. Literally a few months after Dod ended up in jail. Those. brought to a deplorable state and “leaked” to the state so that there would be no “tails”?
The link between Yevtushenkov and Dod could be the ex-head of Rosnano, Anatoly Chubais, who is currently abroad, according to Versiya journalists. The fact is that the lawyer Ruslan Koblev, who defended Yevgeny Dod in a criminal trial, in 2005 represented the interests of one of those who attempted on the life of Mr. Chubais. And Dod at that time led the “daughter” of “Rosnano” CJSC “Inter RAO UES”.
If Yevtushenkov really helps the Rosnan comrades, it becomes clear. Why the hand of justice has not yet collapsed over them.
Earn on debt
In addition to medicine, Bakholdin and Savelyev and their colleagues own an organization that makes real estate transactions – Apple Orchard, as well as Fintech Group, which is just involved in microfinance affairs. IDF Eurasia owns Moneyman and ID Collect.
Microloans are generally considered not the most correct thing to do, but there are adequate market players to which Moneyman does not seem to belong. Despite the mass of supposedly ordered laudatory reviews, there are others. And, if you believe them, then “Moneyman” compromises personal data, threatens and debits money from the client’s card without warning.
As for the collection agency, here we are perhaps seeing not so much the classic story of “extorting” debts in all possible ways, but the imposition of these debts on people who did not take them. Recently, there was a high-profile case when a lawyer managed to prove that scammers hacked into the portal of public services supposedly a client of a microfinance organization, the rights to which were subsequently transferred to ID Collect LLC.
So the question arises: can it not be beneficial to those who collect debts?
The possible mutually beneficial cooperation between Dod and Yevtushenkov is unlikely to surprise anyone, unless, of course, it is revealed.
