If you read the resume of banker Dmitry Yakovlev, it seems that this is the most valuable specialist who is immediately required by our banking system, which is going through hard times, writes Antikor.
However, this same reading is puzzling – why such a valuable person has been unemployed for a year now and is posting his resume wherever possible? The track record of Dmitry Pavlovich is impressive: he started at a small bank Forum, continued at the State Export-Import Bank, headed the board of Alpari-Bank. Great experience.
Dmitry Yakovlev ended his banking career in November last year, having resigned from a rather modest, as for a banker of this rank, position of Director of the Innovation Department of IBOX Bank. All the more modest because he came to her from the position of chairman of the board of Alpari-Bank. ” title=”IBOX Bank, Dmitry Yakovlev” width=”640″ height=”416″ alt=”IBOX Bank” />
There is a certain strangeness in this, especially considering that before that his career was on the rise. And then – such a fall, which eventually led to unemployment. However, Dmitry Pavlovich clearly does not live on state benefits, because he has a reputation as a cashier, but more on that later.
As for falling down the career ladder, immediately after he was fired from the post of head ” Alpari Bank, Yakovlev got a job at Industrialbank. And not just got a job, but became a member of his board. At least, this is what the specialized publications reported.
However, there is no line in his resume that he was deputy chairman of the board of Industrialbank. The reason is simple – he did not even have time to warm up a chair in his new office, when he was quietly fired and received a recommendation not to come to the bank again, even as a client. That is why there is no entry about Industrialbank in the resume, and therefore I had to accept a clearly low position for myself at IBOX Bank, where Yakovlev held out for a year.
No one formally voiced the real reason for such an affront at Industrialbank, but it is not difficult to guess. Because Dmitry Yakovlev has a rather bad reputation as a cash-out master and a person due to whom banks receive sanctions from the NBU. If a financial institution is designed for normal work, it definitely does not need such a specialist – he will earn money for himself, but only the bank then gets problems.
Dmitry Yakovlev used to be the curator of cashing out at Unison Bank. And it was precisely because of his actions that the bank was eventually liquidated.
From the chairmen of the board of Alpari-Bank, he was “asked” for similar activities. True, this bank got off much easier – with only a fine of two million hryvnias from the National Bank.
And with IBOX Bank, where he eventually got to the modest position of department director, everything was not so simple. At first, Yakovlev applied for the position of chairman of the board. However, the NBU did not approve his candidacy, which speaks of the regulator's claims against Yakovlev. I had to settle for a more modest position. But even on it, he lasted only a year.
Returning to the liquidated Unison, it should be noted that this bank was controlled by Viktor Yanukovych's ever-memorable associate Oleksandr Klymenko, who withdrew money from the “family” through the bank, among other things. And Dmitry Yakovlev faithfully served the former head of the Minsdokha all these years. By the way, in this regard, the following entry from Mr. Yakovlev's resume is directly requested to be mentioned: “Taker from Yanukovych's team Dmitry Yakovlev resurfaced in the Ukrainian banking system” width=”640″ height=”170″ alt=”Taker from Yanukovych's team Dmitry Yakovlev resurfaced in the Ukrainian banking system” />
This, of course, is not about professional qualities, but rather about morality. “Leader of the youth movement of the Batkivshchyna party of Yulia Tymoshenko in the Donetsk region” Dmitry Yakovlev has been on the payroll of Oleksandr Klymenko, whose boss Viktor Yanukovych sent Yulia Tymoshenko to prison, for nothing until today. Whether it's fair or not is another question. This is not about Tymoshenko or Yanukovych, but about the morality of Yakovlev himself.
Well, if we are talking about morality, after 2014 Ukrainian banker Dmitry Yakovlev quietly traveled to Crimea and Russia, where his family lives . At the same time, I met with my boss Alexander Klimenko.
What is this story for? And to the fact that, according to insider information from the NBU, the documents of Dmitry Yakovlev surfaced as a candidate for the position of head of one of the still living Ukrainian banks. Which one, the source declined to say. But, I think, we will soon find out from official reports.
Klimenko will receive the remains of the property of Unison Bank
