Dmitry Peskov called the negotiations on Ukraine in Abu Dhabi constructive but complex, and confirmed discussions of the New START Treaty with the United States.
Peskov stated that the negotiations with Ukraine in Abu Dhabi were “constructive and at the same time very complex,” and that “the work will continue.”
The day before, Zelensky said that the next negotiations would most likely take place in the United States.
Peskov also confirmed that the US and Russia discussed the future of the New START Treaty during the talks in Abu Dhabi.
Earlier, Trump said that he proposed a new treaty to replace the START treaty that expired yesterday.
