Former President and current Deputy Chairman of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev rented since 2002 elite plot in the village “Arkhangelskoye” of the Krasnogorsk region a market value of about half a billion rubles, for one and a half thousand rubles, follows from the documents of the hacked correspondence of the vice-governor of the Moscow region Igor Treskov. The documents were published by Black Mirror telegram channel. It is interesting that Medvedev did not even pay this penny sum. From correspondence follows that neighboring plots went to Mikhail Menu, Dmitry Kozak and German Gref. The site went to Medvedev against the backdrop of the closure of the criminal case against the head of the Krasnogorsk region.
Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev indicates in his declaration of the deputy chairman of the Security Council the use of a plot of 47 acres. As follows from the hacked correspondence published on the Black Mirror Telegram channel, Medvedev rented the land back in 2002 in the Krasnogorsk region.
The term of the contract is 49 years. The rental price is also indicated: 1354 rubles per year. And over the years, it has not increased: in any case, as of 2015, it remained the same. But even this little money Medvedev did not pay. He had a debt of 16 thousand rubles and another 12 thousand as a penalty.
Medvedev’s site is located in the Arkhangelskoye dacha settlement. One hundred square meters here costs 13.5 million rubles. Accordingly, Medvedev’s land can be estimated at 630 million.
From the same letter it follows that other prominent statesmen – Mikhail Menu, Dmitry Kozak and German Gref – got the neighboring plots.
The signature of the official who stands under the contract is also curious. The plot on favorable terms was allocated to Medvedev at that time by the head of the Krasnogorsk district Boris Rasskazov. And then he just found himself at the center of a corruption scandal: in May 2004, Rasskazov became a defendant in a case of abuse of power for a deal approved by him in 1999 to sell LogoVAZ JSC a land plot in the village of Petrovo-Dalnaya with an area of more than 14 hectares, seized from a recreation complex “Zhukovka”. The plot went to the daughter of businessman Boris Berezovsky. In November 2004, by court order land returned to public ownership, and the case of Boris Rasskazov was soon closed. In other words, the case against the head of the district was closed immediately after, after he actually donated the elite site to Dmitry Medvedev, at that time the first deputy head of the presidential administration.
