A criminal case against 42-year-old Vadim Bannikov was initiated by the Main Investigative Committee of the ICR for the city of Moscow on June 20 of this year under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of Russia (fraud on an especially large scale). The next day, an officer of the investigating authorities detained the civil servant and charged him.
