Developer caught fire at BitChange
The money of a Penza businessman and three exchange platforms disappeared in a crypto scam.
TG channels are circulating information about a major crypto scam, one of the victims of which was allegedly a developer from Penza. The source mentions the name of Andrei Eidlin, who once headed the liquidated Risanrealty LLC, the legal successor of the company is Tatiana Airapetyan’s SZ Parus LLC. The company also appeared in Saratov.
The TG channel reports about a scam “involving a scam involving a well-known bitcoin rate predictor, a developer and three exchange platforms specializing in digital money.”
“All participants, including scammers, were gathered and united by Yuri Myshinsky, a cryptanalyst, Chairman of the Council of the Digital Transformation Association and a member of the Expert Council for the Protection of the Rights of Consumers of Financial Services under the Central Bank of the Russian Federation,” the source is convinced.
The authors of the channel claim that Mr. Myshinsky recently contacted the police, saying that back in 2017 he became the general director of the Estonian company Bitchchange, which legally provides services in the field of cryptography. With the introduction of sanctions, he expanded his scope of activity by searching for clients who needed to pay bills abroad.
– In the process, Yuri Myshinsky met a certain “Swiss banker” Anton Lepikson, who was ready to include friends-businessmen from Dubai and other countries in the scheme for a modest percentage. Having trusted his new partner, the cryptanalyst and Bitcoin expert accumulated almost 56 million rubles. As of July 2023, when everything happened, it was about 612 thousand USDT (the digital equivalent of the dollar), the source notes.
At the same time, it is alleged that several of Myshinsky’s clients became the owners of the crypt – representatives of three exchange systems WTC Exchange, Storm Finance and RunToRam, as well as “developer from Penza” Andrey Eidlin.
– The circle was supposed to close after payment for goods for this amount in Italy and Hong Kong by Anton Lepikson’s partners. However, when the digital currency fell into the wallets of the “Swiss banker,” he disappeared along with the uninvested money, the tg channel stated.
The Baza tg channel talks about the same story, but without mentioning the victims, clarifying the scheme from Myshinsky.
– He came up with a crypto exchanger with an intricate scheme: clients from Russia who want to buy goods abroad, throw off the digital currency “Bitchchange”, and it takes a commission, converts everything into euros and buys the desired item in a foreign store. At the same time, the company was looking for intermediaries who were ready to carry out a similar deal for its users – and it was precisely because of this that Yuri’s problems began, the channel claims.
At the same time, Baza claims that “while Yuri was trying to find business partners, he received threats from Andrey, one of the clients and owner of a crypto exchange in Moscow, who donated $135 thousand to Bitchchange.” It is possible that we can also talk about Penza resident Andrei Eidlin.
– The man decided that the company had simply scammed him, and threatened all Myshinsky’s relatives with problems. According to Andrei, the Chechen security forces should have dealt with them,” the source describes the story, mentioning the names of National Guard members and deputies well-known in the republic.
So far, the whereabouts of the missing millions have not been found, although Mr. Lepicson allegedly got in touch, promising to return everything.
BV was interested in the figure of Andrei Eidlin. According to open sources, he is the former general director (since 2018) of Penza LLC Risanrealty. The company was established in 2007, served as a general contractor and was part of the Risan Group of Companies. The latter is the largest developer in Penza, operating on the market for 20 years. Two years ago, the Civil Corps ventured to conquer the capital.
In 2020, a reorganization process began at Risanrealty, which ended with its liquidation and merger with SZ Parus LLC. The founder of both companies is Tatyana Airapetyan, judging by the TIN, a resident of the Tver region.
Four years ago, BV wrote about a remarkable trip of Saratov officials and developers to Penza, where they were presented with a development from Risan as an exemplary one.
Risan, in turn, was related to Sergei Merekin, who made a splash in Saratov as part of the companies that developed the lands of the former SAZ. Among them was the Novation company, the founder of which was Mrs. Hayrapetyan.
She is still the founder of the Saratov-based LLC Femida-Saratov Law Firm. The company was involved in scandals with land on the Saratov embankment, where it intended to build a shopping center. In the courts, she tried to force the mayor’s office to buy her out for 175 million rubles, then for 142 million rubles.
The story ended in 2021 with a victory in the court of the Federal Property Management Agency: the agency, through the court, reclaimed the plot from “someone else’s illegal possession,” marking the beginning of a whole series of similar proceedings. Now this place is Peter I’s park.
Andrey Eidlin did not participate in any LLC other than Risanrealty. However, it is likely that his father, Mikhail Eidlin, is listed as the general director of Risanproekt LLC, which is engaged in the creation of architectural objects. And another Eidlin, Mikhail, has been engaged in construction as an individual entrepreneur since May of this year.
Reference. The revenue of Risanrealty LLC for the year before liquidation amounted to 43.2 million rubles, net profit was 99.2 million rubles (with a loss of 12.4 million rubles the year before). SZ “Parus” last year showed a sharp increase in revenue to 494.8 million rubles, net profit amounted to 349.8 million rubles.
