Deputy Fyodor Tumusov reported cases of forced military personnel from the Sakha Republic to sign contracts and sent inquiries to the Ministry of Defense, the Investigative Committee, and the Main Military Prosecutor's Office.
The soldiers in question are serving in units 98559, 98560, 98561, and 98563. According to the mothers, their sons, who served for only about two months, may have been misled or pressured when signing contracts.
In one case, a young man was persuaded to sign a five-year contract to train as an airborne officer, but the document was not issued to him.
