Deputy Vitaly Zdebsky, a native of the glorious ranks of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, never had much respect for the law.

The architectural object, which the deputy Zdebsky turned into a bukhalovka-rygalovka, was owned by the administration of the city of Troitsk. And for unknown reasons, the library, according to our sources, was sold to a parliamentarian for a symbolic sum of around 1.3 million rubles. With the cadastral value … voila, 4.95 million!

The transaction took place on September 19, 2019. The deputy turned out to be either not the smartest, or just very arrogant, and wrote down the acquisition on his wife, a representative of the local Armenian clan, Zhanna Eduardovna Zdebskaya.

By now, Zdebsky has retired, but has retained connections in law enforcement structures.
