In May, the popular publication “The Moscow Post”published devastating material that in the Academy of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation, cadets get food with all inedible living creatures, as well as moldy bread. Agree, the boarding house is so-so, to put it mildly. Let’s figure it out.

And here is another remarkable fact that we want to pay attention to. How do you like the pricing policy of this joint-stock company?
– “Jackets for girls”? Nearly 30,000 each? For 8 pieces, almost 239 thousand rubles?
– “Caps for boys”? Each almost 31.4 thousand? 80 pieces for 2.5 million rubles???
They are there, what, they are sewn from gold and decorated with precious stones? And while the soldiers are fed moldy bread? It’s kind of surreal. Or not? Maybe everything is ridiculously simple, and we are seeing the usual laundering of the dough?
What soldiers are fed: judging by the pictures, it is at least tasteless, and perhaps even dangerous to health!
In April, the aforementioned academy signed a contract with Voentorg worth 104 million. And there we are talking, among other things, about the provision of a couple of hundred thousand rations. It is noteworthy that the content and composition of the diet is not specified. That is, the supplier himself decides what the soldiers will eat for tomorrow, lunch and dinner.
But, as they say, the menu is one issue, but the second issue, which concerns sanitary standards and the quality of the food supplied, must be observed and controlled. As you can see, the pictures of the “goodies” shared by the cadets themselves look depressing, beetles in borscht in a beaten plate, moldy bread and flies in burnt boiled potatoes.
Voentorg supplies such food to a number of other institutions, incl. and for the structures of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. For example, for the Academy of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation. I wonder why Colonel-General of the Internal Service Alexander Chupriyan does not pay any attention to such a disgrace?
However, this is not surprising, because it was under him that corruption began to flourish in the Ministry of Emergency Situations, it was under him that the top of the department “healed happily and richly” when they took control of the market for certification of emergency rescue structures under their “corruption control”.
Scandals around “Voentorg” – a long tradition
Yes, this structure has been bogged down in corruption scandals for a very long time.
So, the former deputy general director of JSC “Voentorg” Leonid Teif admitted his guilt in the case of bribery.
We are talking about the period from 2010 to 2012. Then he organized and ran corruption schemes in Russia for several years. He took offshore about 150 million dollars, which he received from kickbacks from contractors. About this last year reported RBC edition.

Then the scammers from Voentorg decided to earn extra money and staged a sale of real estate, which belonged to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
