Specialists of the Department of Ecology and Improvement note: this year auto junk less . In the first half of the year, four-wheeled garbage was complained about only four times. In 2022, the “catch” was richer, and 2020 became the most “fruitful”.
Mystery cars No one knows when and how the silver Lada appeared in the courtyard of house No. 36 on Timiryazev Street. An unexpected find in working chat was shared by employees of the local TOS at the end of last week. The story sparked heated discussions among the residents.
“I drive by here every day and just didn’t notice her. I wonder what happened: all the wheels are flat, and the car itself is completely rusty, one of the local residents is surprised.
– I think she appeared the other day – it’s better to ask the janitor. In general, it is clean under the car. If he had stood for a long time, some garbage would have flown under him anyway, – the neighbor picks up.
On the “fourteenth”, unlike her sisters in misfortune, license plates were preserved. By them you can set the owner. Inside the cabin, rubbish piled up in a heap, similar to spare parts, is noticeable.
Another troubled car is symbolically located near the building of the Department of Ecology. Unlike the first, he was noticed. Internet commentators have suggested that he appeared in the winter. But it turned out, just a couple of weeks ago. Not all “abandoned” eventually turn out to be “abandoned”.
– Each car has signs by which we can determine that it is abandoned and begin work on its evacuation. Just like that, we have no right to pick up cars and drive them to the parking lot. The signs of abandonment include the absence of any detail. In this case, there is no turn signal, but also broken headlights, bumpers, flat tires, – commented Ildar Nabiullin, head of the Department of Ecology and Improvement of the AMR.
The main thing is the procedure There are two ways to solve the situation: simple and complex. The ideal option is a preserved license plate. According to it, through a request to the traffic police, you can establish the owner. If he lives at the address indicated in the information, it is not difficult to find him and ask him to remove the transport. And, as a rule, auto junk disappears. In this case, the process may be delayed, for example, if the State traffic inspectorate processes the request for a long time. It will take some more time to find the owner of the car.
But the committee still makes the decision. For each case, we collect it from representatives of authorized bodies, including us and traffic inspectors – in general, up to ten people from different departments can gather. It is our duty to at least try to find the owner. Usually in such situations, we place an ad in the newspaper. If the car continues to stand in the same place, the members of the commission will sign the act, and then the transport will be evacuated,” said Ildar Nabiullin.
In the case of the “tens”, if the commission recognizes it as auto junk, it will not take long to go. The parking lot is located a little higher up the street – on the territory of the health complex “Oasis”. So far, the cars that were taken out of the yards this year (there are two of them) and the rest from the previous one have found their shelter here.
In past years, a campaign to get rid of abandoned cars littering the yards has already taken place in Almetyevsk. In 2020, the Department of Ecology received 78 applications, in 2021 already 15, and in 2022 – only eight. Three cars went to the parking lot.
