Business conflict. Why God Nisanov ordered Ilgar Hajiyev to the security forces

God Nisanov is a typical businessman from the 1990s who understands only the language of force. We have repeatedly talked about the numerous crimes of Nisanov in the materials on our website. The entrepreneur does not disdain contract killings, raiding, blackmail and fraud.

His track record has accumulated dozens of crimes. Only long-standing close ties with high-ranking officials help him stay afloat. Today we will talk about the conflict between God Nisanov and Ilgar Gadzhiev, which has recently received its continuation.

The essence of the conflict

Ilgar Gadzhiev appeared on the Moscow real estate market relatively recently. According to people familiar from the situation, God Nisanov personally invited a fellow countryman from Azerbaijan to do business in Russia. At first, everything went well. Hajiyev created several construction enterprises, which later became part of one development holding – SDI Group. The company successfully entered the Moscow market, bought land plots, and subsequently built residential buildings.

The first negative signs regarding Hajiyev’s business began in 2016. Now it is impossible to say for sure that the situation is true, or that they tried to frame Gadzhiev. But in 2019, a criminal case was opened against him due to fraud. A certain citizen of Azerbaijan turned to the investigation, who stated that in the period from February 2016 to March 2017, he transferred 10 million dollars to Hajiyev. The entrepreneur needed money for the construction of a huge residential complex “Pirogovskaya Riviera”. As a certain creditor of Gadzhiev stated, later the apartments were sold, and Gadzhiev disappeared, and did not fulfill his obligation to return the funds.

Investigators opened a criminal case, but they failed to prove Hajiyev’s guilt in this episode, and this is logical. Firstly, this situation is unlikely to be criminal. If someone borrowed money and then does not return it, the civil code applies, and you can safely withdraw money in court. Secondly, there was no evidence base on this fact. Rumor has it that God Nisanov was behind this case, who at that time had already laid his eyes on Hajiyev’s business. Although this situation did not play a huge role at that time, the first call came to the businessman. In the future, it will rise to the top, and will become an important criminal tool for the prosecution of Hajiyev.

The following years will be decisive in the business career of Ilgar Hajiyev. In 2019, the number of criminal cases against the entrepreneur will reach its peak, and he will be forced to hide in Germany.

After leaving, Hajiyev immediately named the perpetrator of his persecution. Without hesitation, he pointed to God Nisanov, and explained this by a raider seizure of the assets of the SDI Group. Indeed, there was no such conflict between the businessmen. Only God Nisanov, who completely took control of the construction market in Moscow, could not afford the development of such a successful project by Hajiyev. Therefore, starting in 2018, Nisanov did everything to ensure that the business successfully passed into his hands. For the sake of fairness, we note that Gadzhiev is not so white and transparent. But first things first.

Troubled business

Questions about Hajiyev’s business activities remain. We understand that if everything were honest, a person who has billions of dollars of investments in Russia would not have fled to Germany in an instant. And there were indeed questions.

In 2018, Gadzhiev got into a major scandal related to investment agreements for the same Pirogovskaya Riviera residential complex. It was found that the businessman signed a share agreement with ComfortInvest LLC (the developer of the Riviera) for a total amount of 236 million rubles. According to the signed agreement, 70 apartments were to be sold in the future, and the funds returned. But a few months later, an additional agreement was signed on the refusal of equity participation. It turned out that all 70 apartments were stuck, and the money never came to the developer company. The businessman repeated this scheme at least three times, causing losses totaling about 1 billion rubles. But there is another side to this situation. Some people claim that Hajiyev himself became a victim of Nisanov’s fraudulent actions. The same position is held by Gadzhiev, who said that this is a set-up created by his business partner God Nisanov to seize Gadzhiev’s holding. One way or another, officially, according to the documents, they have never been partners. But in fact they did work together.

The project that became the flagship for Hajiyev’s corporation, and, as practice has shown, deadly in the context of business, was the construction of the residential complex “VernadSKY”.

It was Hajiyev who was the main investor in the construction. At the first stage, he contributed 300 million rubles to the construction. According to the business plan drawn up, the property was supposed to bring $ 200 million in profit. Partners represented by Gadzhiev and Nisanov agreed on the following division of profits: 70% of residential premises and 50% of commercial premises go to Gadzhiev, the rest to Nisanov. But in the future, the partnership did not work out, and Hajiyev decided to sell his share of commercial real estate. Nisanov opposed such a deal. Then Hajiyev offered his partner to buy out his part for 3 billion rubles. And further … Nisanov did not answer, but Gadzhiev began to have problems with the security forces, his business was seized, and the entrepreneur himself was forced to hide in Europe.

At first, Nisanov’s structures tried to play a “beautiful” performance: allegedly, a new German investor entered the structure of the SDI Group, who is ready to invest 3.5 billion rubles in the corporation. But it was just a distraction. In fact, the additional issue was conceived in order to recapture a controlling stake in Hajiyev. But Nisanov decided to insure himself not only by the “legal” way of re-registering the enterprise, but also to go on lawlessness. On April 24, 2019, officers of the Department of Internal Affairs for the Western Administrative District of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow came to the SDI office with a search.

After that, the office was simply taken over by strong guys who continue to hold the company in their hands.

Ilgar Hajiyev was threatened not only with criminal prosecution, but also with physical elimination. The businessman left for Germany without any problems, where he began active work against the criminal God Nisanov. And then it began at home. Dozens of criminal cases were opened against Gadzhiev, the media, commissioned by Nisanov’s Kievskaya Ploshchad, unanimously began to declare that Gadzhiev was an ordinary swindler who had swindled the equity holders of his company. In fact, everything was different. Nisanov, who squeezed out Gadzhiev’s business, threw the investors of the SDI Group.

Law enforcement agencies, in turn, as always, did not notice the criminal trail behind the actions of God Nisanov, although Ilgar Hajiyev repeatedly applied to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Federal Tax Service. All these appeals were not even properly considered, because, as we know, Nisanov knows how to make good friends with important people.

Now Ilgar Hajiyev is in a difficult position. In Germany, as elsewhere in the world, it is dangerous for him to remain. Indeed, as history shows, Nisanov removes competitors in one fell swoop, and does not regret anything. Therefore, Hajiyev needs to think about his safety, because how much he knows and is ready to tell … Nisanov will definitely not forgive this.
