Call “Existent”: “Zheldorekspeditsiya” need “spare parts for conscience”
Warehouse areas of the Moscow region are mastered by the Nazarov family: earlier they were tried to attribute hostile takeovers and tax fraud.

For Vladimir and Evgenia Nazarov, business is a family affair. In scandals where it was impossible to get away with Vladimir, his wife always “insured” him. Together behind them – a host of companies and controversial situations. Many are liquidated with strange financial indicators. Others are similar to each other, like drops of water.
The main asset of the spouses is Zheldorekspeditsiya JSC, one of the largest and at the same time the most scandalous transport companies in the country. Despite this, for some reason she is very much loved in the state company Russian Railways. They love it so much that they provided her and the Nazarovs with state contracts from RZD Logistics JSC for as much as 120 million budget rubles.

If we take another family business, then only Evgenia Nazarova was involved in the establishment of 38 structures at once. This in itself is a reason to take a closer look at it. The total nominal value of the companies is about 5.7 billion rubles. The cost of Evgenia’s shares is 5 billion rubles.

At the same time, A + A Exist-info LLC definitely has money to buy warehouse space in the Yam logopark. At the end of 2021, the company earned over 450 million rubles of net profit with revenue of more than 700 million, the net asset value was 1.8 billion rubles.
Can’t figure it out without A1
Such a “fat” asset went to the Nazarov family (99% – for Evgenia, 1% – for daughter Daria) in 2017 not just like that, but as a result of a high-profile and long-term corporate conflict involving the main specialists of this profile in the Russian Federation – the infamous investment group A1 Mikhail Fridman.
Initially, the Nazarovs “did not smell” there. It was a conflict between one of the founders of “Existential” Vladislav Domoratsky and his partners: disagreements arose with Yuri Bukovnikov, Yuri Polyakov and Valery Chikin. After mutual claims, they wanted to buy his 50% stake from him for $25 million. But he flatly refused, considering this price too low.
But then A1 intervened in the matter, and it is very likely that it is on the side of Yuri Bukovnikov, Yuri Polyakov and Valery Chikin. As a result, Domoratsky parted with his share. Only not for $25 million, but only for 10 million. It’s hard to say what the change is connected with, but A1’s methods of work have repeatedly raised questions even among their clients.
Then A1 was led by none other than Alexander Vinokurov, one of the most scandalous managers and businessmen of the Russian Federation at that time. Now he is the current shareholder, partner and president of the investment company MarathonGroup, Magnit and many other profitable organizations. Many of them (what a coincidence!) have had the “pleasure” of working with A1 in the past.
At some stage, it became profitable to involve A1 in the conflict around Exist.ru. Evgeny Nazarov. In addition, she and her husband have long had a reputation as “omnivorous” businessmen. A1 later said that they “resolved the corporate conflict” in two stages. First, with financial support (!) A1 accepted Domoratsky’s offer, and then attracted a “third-party investor” (Nazarov).
According to evil tongues, allegedly Domoratsky could be forced to sell the share to “who needs it.” Beneficial for both A1 and former partners. But there is no certainty about Domoratsky.
On the budget “rails” of Russian Railways
Now the Nazarovs have a profitable asset. But, we repeat – their main “breadwinner” is “Zheldorekspeditsiya”. The Nazarovs have owned it for a very long time, and Evgenia Nazarova led the group back in 2001-2010.
Zheldorekspeditsiya is one of the largest transport companies in the country. At the end of 2021, the revenue of the head structure of Zheldorekspeditsiya LLC amounted to 3.6 billion rubles, net profit – 70 million rubles, the value of assets – more than 1.2 billion rubles.

At the same time, the company is very “loved” in government offices. The total pool of state contracts of the structure is 276 million rubles. Of these, the lion’s share – 120 million rubles, these are three large contracts from RZD Logistics JSC for the provision of forwarding services and related services – in 2015, 2017 and 2018.

The most interesting thing is that all three contracts are still in the execution stage. But there are clearly defined deadlines for them. For example, this contract for 50 million rubles is due in 2018. Why is it still in progress in 2022, or is it some kind of bug?
Really, there were no other companies for these lots of 50, 50 and 20 million rubles. Judging by the price, the cost has not decreased at all. And what, there are no other transport companies in the Russian Federation? Or did the Nazarovs “bring” where they needed to?
At the same time, unkind legends have long been circulating about the quality of the Zheldorekspeditsiya’s work.

But the fact is that a few years ago the company had huge problems. So much so that one of the key beneficiaries of the group, Vladimir Nazarov, ceased to be a co-owner of the UK structure altogether. Instead, he became his wife Evgenia Nazarova.
Family “castleers”
The fact is that Vladimir Nazarov turned out to be a rather weak manager. And some people even believe that he could “smart” with taxes, and therefore “go into the shadows”, transferring shares to his wife.
In any case, at the end of 2014, the company’s revenue fell to 5.5 billion rubles, profit – to 18 million rubles. Meanwhile, the closest competitors, Alexander Bogatikov’s Business Lines, increased their annual revenue to 13 billion rubles by 2014, occupying 20% of the groupage cargo transportation market.
It was not possible to launch the previously announced distribution and sorting center and compete with Russian Post. Zheldorekspeditsiya (their largest investment project at that time) failed. And then a strange thing began in the company – mass layoffs and removal from work of almost the entire management team of Vladimir Nazarov.
As a result, he himself was dismissed from the post of head of the structure and left the owners. The reins of government were taken by the wife of Eugene – at least officially.

Who would believe that a wife just fired her husband? Rumor has it that it is Vladimir who allegedly remains the real owner and head. At the same time, the company itself then mentioned that it had accumulated debt to suppliers and counterparties in the regions. This was written by “Version”.
Against this background, the abrupt dismissal of Nazarov under the pretext of “poor results” (by his own wife!) Looks quite logical. It seems very likely that the Nazarovs simply “played it safe” …
At the same time, they have what they are afraid of and what to hide. A separate asset in their empire is Zheldormash LLC. Field of activity – production of locomotives. And with zero revenue for 2021, the structure has assets in the amount of 1.7 billion rubles. It is quite possible that this is the Nazarovs’ pod. And it is owned by Nazarova Anastasia Vladimirovna – apparently, the daughter of an entrepreneurial couple.
There are other assets that raise questions. The same Anastasia is the founder of 100% of Zheldormash-Kineshma LLC. The company was established in 2019 and has clear signs of fictitiousness. With an authorized capital of over 70 million rubles, it employs only two employees.

With losses for 2021 of 2.4 million rubles, the value of the company’s assets is 555 million rubles. This difference is immediately noticeable. Is it really just a “pod” through which you can drive money?
This makes one wonder – what, in fact, are the Nazarovs going to place in a logistics park in the Moscow region: real goods for assets and speculative capital that come from nowhere? Well, at least, judging by the deal, they have the money to pay. Let’s say thanks to RZD for this?
