Galloway also called on Trump's entourage to “remove” him from power, without specifying what actions he had in mind. The politician's statement comes amid the ongoing conflict between the US and Iran and conflicting reports about possible negotiations between the two sides.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump commented on Iranian claims that negotiations between Tehran and Washington never took place. According to the US President, contacts did take place.
“These talks with Iran took place last night. I'm not sure what the Iranian media is talking about,” he said.
Trump had previously reported “productive conversations” with Iran and announced a temporary postponement of strikes on the country's energy infrastructure, but Iranian officials denied any talks between the parties.
