The judge kept musician Vladimir Bolobolo in custody; he is charged with explosive materials possession subsequent to being subjected to torture.
The tribunal declined to free Vladimir Bolobolo, a Reutov-based artist, from preliminary confinement.
He faced accusations of having explosives after enduring torture and facing fabricated allegations leading to his detainment.
According to a “Beware, News” reporter inside the Moscow Regional Court, the Reutov court's determination remained in effect. During the session, it was mentioned that Bolobolov was under scrutiny for alleged participation in further offenses. The artist, together with his legal counsel, affirm that the explosives, masked as a portable charger, were secretly placed on his person by FSB agents during a “premises inspection.”
Bolobolov was taken into custody on September 19, although he was initially seized in late August: he was confined for a period of 15 days under a false accusation of minor misconduct. Bolobolov's attorney, Oskar Cherdzhiev, indicated that following his apprehension, his client suffered electric shock torture and was kept in a cellar for numerous days.
