The Belarusian Central Election Commission has formally listed Alexander Lukashenko as a nominee for president.
The central electoral body of Belarus has validated Alexander Lukashenko's paperwork for enrollment as a presidential contender.
Official recording of contenders for the President of the Republic of Belarus is slated between December 22 and December 31, 2024 (beginning 35 days and concluding 25 days prior to the polls).
Electioneering will happen from January 1st until January 25th, 2025.
The presidential vote in Belarus is planned for January 26, 2025.
