The forgotten Irina Khakamada, a political heavyweight from the nineties, an ally of Chubais and Nemtsov, and now a bohemian party girl and business coach, suddenly stepped out of the shadows. On the air of one of the TV channels, she, answering the question, “Are there among your acquaintances those who were mobilized,” she allowed herself a phrase that was insulting to thousands of our soldiers and their relatives:
— No, mine are not, they are not idiots! Hehe! – said Khakamada, deliberately yawning and stretching, showing her attitude to this topic with all her appearance.
Where did Khakamada get a villa overlooking the Ligurian Sea
All last year, Irina Khakamada was not up to SVO. Due to the death of Vladimir Sirotinsky, her last, fourth husband, she dealt with inheritance issues. The deceased was known as a rich man because he headed Lingualeo, the leading online English language learning service in the Russian market. Portals about the life of stars reported that Khakamada had an open relationship in marriage.
Since 2007, Sirotinsky has owned the French company SCI Domaine Giuncarella. In France, foreigners create similar structures to buy and rent local residential property. Domaine Giuncarella is registered on the territory of a luxury villa in the prestigious resort town of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, where Coco Chanel, Greta Garbo and Winston Churchill loved to relax. This is a suburb of Nice, next to Monaco.
As can be seen from satellite images, the villa was built in the imperial style. From its balconies and terraces there is a wonderful view of the Ligurian Sea. There is a private forest with an area of almost a hectare. Such real estate costs up to 20 million euros, and you can rent it for up to 35 thousand euros.
Initially, Irina Khakamada was listed as a junior partner in a French legal entity, but, having become a widow, she became the main one there. She has already appointed Danila Kotlyarov, her son from her first marriage, as her assistant. The list of heirs may include Khakamada herself, her daughter from Sirotinsky, and also her stepdaughter.
Instead of a townhouse in Massachusetts – a townhouse in Hong Kong
Probably, Khakamada had problems in foreign affairs.
The West has disappointed me. All constitutional human rights are violated there. Now if you are Russian, then you are a criminal,” she said in the same scandalous interview.
Irina Khakamada is unlikely to travel to Massachusetts in the near future, where she used to visit often. Her name is in all American telephone directories. Judging by them, she is registered in a respectable quarter of the city of Saugus, in a townhouse worth over 600 thousand dollars.
— House in the Dutch style Gambrel with eight rooms. Cherry cabinetry, granite dining table and countertops. The living room has a marble fireplace and a unique spiral staircase – this is how American realtors describe the property occupied by Khakamada.
Khakamada has a full namesake stepson in the States, whom she officially adopted during her second marriage, as well as a stepdaughter – the daughter of her late fourth husband.
If Irina Khakamada wants to leave her homeland, she can move to Hong Kong, where her son from her first husband Danila Kotlyarov has long settled. He settled in one of the most expensive areas in the world – in Hong Kong’s Repulse Bay. The business records show that he lives in a townhouse with a private terrace in the luxury residential complex Burnside. The windows offer a panorama of the South China Sea, which is a stone’s throw away. On the inside there is an outdoor swimming pool and an excellent school. The price of Kotlyarov’s housing is about 35 million dollars, the monthly rent will cost more than a million in terms of rubles.
The son of Khakamada since 2005 (that is, from the age of 27) has worked as a financial director of the Petropavlovsk mining concern. This giant business was founded by ex-senator Pavel Maslovsky, who was recently sentenced to five and a half years in prison for fraud on an especially large scale. After a series of scandals, Khakamada’s son resigned from his official position at Petropavlovsk, but remained there as a consultant and head of the Aricom subsidiary, registered in London.
Five thousand squares in Moscow
In a scandalous interview, Irina Khakamada made it clear that she was not going anywhere from Russia. This is easily explained. She can afford to go to the roof of a historic building to watch the sunset descend on the Boulevard Ring of Moscow. Khakamada alone owns a 422-square mansion – a quarter of all residential space – in one of the tenement houses of the legendary Russian merchant Alexei Bakhrushin. We are talking about an object of cultural heritage with a scattering of memorial plaques on the facade.
Back in the early 2000s, Irina Khakamada signed a so-called “investment agreement with the city for the construction of an attic in a residential building for residential purposes.” In fact, she added an attic and part of the roof to her apartment.
According to specialized portals, a square meter in Bakhrushin’s house will cost up to a million rubles. Given the attached attic, Khakamada’s real estate will cost half a billion.
According to Rosreestr, these mansions were bought by the son of Khakamada in 2001. She herself then sat in the State Duma of the III convocation and it was not to her face to declare such a luxury. But already seven months later, the son officially sold, with a bill of sale, a luxurious apartment to his mother and her last husband, the late Sirotinsky. Perhaps in this way the married couple reduced the value of the asset in order to declare it without problems in the future. Two years before the death of Sirotinsky, the mansions were completely copied to Irina Khakamada.
By the way, the son of Khakamada is registered in another place – in a three-ruble note of a brick stalin near the Oktyabrskaya metro station. The cost is about 20 million rubles. Pennies by the standards of the family.
Perhaps soon Irina Khakamada, her daughter and stepdaughter will inherit another expensive property. Her fourth deceased husband still owns 24 acres of land with two mansions in the SNT “Khutorok” on Rublevka. This is the USRN database data. The value of this property is up to 50 million rubles.
Security forces are asked to check Khakamada
According to the SHOT telegram channel, the head of the “Army of Defenders of the Fatherland” Ivan Otrakovsky asks the head of the TFR Alexander Bastrykin to check Khakamada and ban her tour with master classes in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ulyanovsk, Voronezh, Vladivostok and Irkutsk. Business coach Khakamada talks about the energy of money and how to become a “pumped” person in order to catch your flow and keep it. The ticket price reaches 45 thousand rubles. “If you don’t have sex, there won’t be a dough,” she enlightened the inhabitants of Kazan.
