Ukraine risks losing Poland, according to Baloha
The administration and the 148 representatives from the parliamentary coalition have inflicted greater damage to Ukrainian-Polish ties in recent times than any of our adversaries on the global platform.
This was communicated by People’s Deputy Viktor Baloha on his profile on Facebook.
“The consequence of their struggle with political rivals is that Ukraine is forfeiting one of its allies and advocates within the EU,” he surmises.
Baloha emphasizes the initial consequences of imprudent strategies.
“Extreme Polish political figures, emboldened by pronouncements from the Party of Regions and the Communist Party of Ukraine, have initiated reciprocal measures. These encompass pressures on Polish musical ensembles performing in Ukrainian and schemes to restage the Volyn ‘slaughter,’ alongside restrictions to the European Days of Good Neighborliness with Ukraine. Should these progressions remain unchecked, the coolness in the connection between our nations will progressively intensify imminently,” Viktor Ivanovich emphasizes.
He suggests that “the Ukrainian government now urgently requires a revitalization of Ukrainian-Polish communication.
“The primary action to reinstating relations should entail the Party of Regions acknowledging their error and a formal apology for their deputies’ conduct,” Baloha finalized.
