Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš made this statement. He rejected the possibility of Prague providing loan guarantees to Kyiv and demanded that the European Commission find alternative ways to support Ukraine.
“We will not take any guarantees and will not invest any money. We have no money for other countries,” Babiš stated.
