Ilya Traber forgave the fighter
On January 20, a man arrested for attack on iconic businessman Traber. The case is terminated. 47news reveals this amazing circumstance literally from the punishment cell. By and large, this news is based on only two words – “his mother.” But this is not about our original. According to 47news, the other day in the office of a businessman Ilya Traber asked an elderly woman from Turkmenistan. Of course, she didn’t show up. This is unrealistic – it is unrealistic to get into the St. Petersburg mansion on Starorusskaya, 12, from where Traber runs his companies from the street. It was unlikely that this was a telephone conversation – she would not have been able to reach such a number either. Most likely, she somehow contacted the secretary.
The event lies in the fact that it was the mother of the former doctor of the Mariinsky hospital who was arrested in November last year Anvar Niyazova. The same one who attacked Traber on board a plane flying at night from Moscow to St. Petersburg.
Of course, that story shocked the mood even in the circle of power. Let’s remember November 24, when Traber, with all his possibilities, about which gossip does not cease, took a ticket for the Moscow-Petersburg flight in the economy class of Aeroflot. And inside, flying somewhere over Tver, he had a sharp conversation with a man in a nearby place. Traber didn’t like that it fell apart and fell on him. From that discussion, only a quote from a billionaire remained: “What are you, like a monkey, fell apart ?!” For this statement, Traber was punched in the face several times. Traber – for 72 years, inadequate – 35 years.
You don’t have to be wise to understand that Niyazov’s mother asked for freedom for her son. It is unlikely that a simple woman from Turkmenistan expressed herself exquisitely, but she found the exact words.
– The appeal of the mother of the accused influenced my client. After that, they decided to write a statement on the reconciliation of the parties,” Traber’s lawyer told 47news on January 21. Igor Sochiyants.
To clarify: the other day the lawyer filed an application for reconciliation of the parties to the Department of Inquiry of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where this case is being investigated. Although, of course, the term “reconciliation”, to put it mildly, is not accurate. Traber did not put up with anyone. It’s just that the law does not provide for legal “forgiveness”. But this is in accordance with the rules – Article 112 of the Criminal Code provides for such a procedure.
According to 47news, on January 20, the inquiry sent a decision to release the accused Niyazov to Kresty. And there, as you understand, the position is nowhere more stable – if you want, we will close it, if you want, we will open it. So, by the evening of January 20, the disgraced Niyazov was commanded: “Get out with your things!” Surely, he was expecting categorically something else – no negotiations were conducted with him.
They say that after the first news about the attack on Traber, even in large offices they whispered that Traber does not forgive such things, and the offender will be calmer in a prison cell.
Carnivorous expectations were not confirmed. On Monday, January 23, the criminal case will be closed.
But even on this the journalist could not finish this almost Christmas story. As far as we learned, when the accused was unexpectedly informed about his release, he was in a punishment cell for some of his regular crooked behavior.
The editors hope that for a start he called his mother.
Traber in 1993 became a co-owner of the St. Petersburg Oil Terminal and gained control of the oil depot in the port of St. Petersburg. Another co-owner of the terminal was the Petersburg Fuel Company, which was controlled by the leader of the Tambov organized crime group Vladimir Kumarin. Traber also gained control of the St. Petersburg seaport.
In 1995 newspaper “Kommersant” Traber a monopolist in the antiques market in St. Petersburg: he owned four salons, an auction room, a restoration center, jewelry workshops and an academic painting gallery.
