The only owner and director of Piper Group JSC is Elena Bukhantsova, a physical education teacher at St. Petersburg school No. 405. In 2022, judging by the company’s reporting, the athlete even lent her 2 million rubles. At the same time, Piper Group owns the Moscow company Pishchevik, which supplies food to the military. Pishchevik’s revenue for 2022 amounted to 8.5 billion rubles, profit – 544.2 million rubles. Both the company and the athlete Bukhantsova are under sanctions from Ukraine.
The only owner and director of Master Stroy LLC, named by the Chronicles, is the teacher of St. Petersburg kindergarten No. 26 Alena Kucherova. Master Stroy controls Shkolnik-YUZ LLC under a pledge agreement for the 100% share of Trian LLC in this company. The director and co-owner of the Sinop Hotel, Hotel Plus and Pulkovo Lux companies found by Chronicles is 27-year-old Yulia Rerekina. These companies sued the government of St. Petersburg in order to obtain land in different areas of the city without bidding. All of them are under the control of Prigozhin’s JSC Dominant. Back in 2019, Yulia Rerekina was looking for a job as an assistant florist on employment sites for 25 thousand rubles, and then abruptly changed her mind and became a real estate developer.
“Chronicles” Media” tried to contact all these people by phone and through social networks and instant messengers. What if we made a mistake? Yulia Rerekina read the message and did not answer, and Ekaterina Bakhcheeva, Alena Kucherova and Natalya Vaganova, after listening to the question, hung up. Others did not respond to the Chronicle’s requests for comment.
Thus, Prigozhin’s auditors helped discover that in 2019-2020 Povar began to create shell companies and record the main business on them. The nominees of the leader of the mercenaries were mainly ordinary state employees.
