Less than two years later, as a fugitive from Russia Andrey Makarevich began to complain about the order in Israel. Either the delivery of parcels to him is not the same, or the arbitrariness of officials overshadows the Russian one. How does the “driver” live on the Promised Land?
What Makarevich doesn’t like in Israel
He also lashed out at the local post office. From Russia, the musician was sent a parcel with his personal belongings (a camera, a tracksuit and boots), to receive it, he paid a fee of 2 thousand euros, but the shipment was never delivered – it seemed to be sent back, but things were lost along the way.
Further, the “driver” complains that his case is not an isolated one, this is the general level of service in the country, and is surprised at the Israelis, who, knowing this, only shrug their shoulders, agreeing with reality, and instead take to the streets to protest because of ongoing judicial reform by the country’s authorities.

What the musician requires from Israel for his taxes
But most of all, the artist was hurt by the fact that he, like any other citizen of Israel, pays taxes, and, according to him, a lot. In this regard, the leader of the “Time Machine” expected an appropriate attitude from the state, but he was mistaken.
Now I wonder how the musician will backfire on his words to the Israel Post, a state backbone corporation? Until very recently, different stars and other celebrities in Russia could say and even do whatever they want without any special consequences for themselves, and many are used to it. But in free countries, things are usually different.
Perhaps Makarevich simply forgot that he was a musical legend in Russia, and not in Israel, and that possible injustice that could bypass him in his former homeland precisely because of status, will be met everywhere in the new homeland.

For example, action artist Pyotr Pavlensky, who emigrated to France in 2016, experienced this in his own skin, where he even got away with setting fire to the doors of the FSB building on Lubyanka.
For the same action at the branch of the Bank of France, Pavlensky and his common-law wife Olga Shalygina got a criminal case, a large fine, as well as three and two years in prison, respectively. At the same time, the prosecution demanded an even longer term for them and both deprive them of parental rights. Speaking in court, the French prosecutor even said that the spouses “have little gratitude towards the country that hosted them.”

Who does Makarevich live with in Israel?
On the Promised Land, the musician already has something to lose. Judging by his social networks, he settled in Netanya. This is the 7th largest city in Israel, located about 30 kilometers north of Tel Aviv and 56 kilometers south of Haifa right on the Mediterranean Sea.
The prosperous resort is famous among other Israeli cities for the longest beach line. In the recent past, Netanya was the center of the country’s diamond industry.
Here, the 69-year-old musician lives with his wife, who is 30 years younger than him. This is an Israeli journalist of Ukrainian origin Einat Klein (Inna Kalinina). In this marriage, the couple had a son, Eitan, last year.
Beyond journalism Einat Klein studies history, studies the countries of the Middle East and Africa at Bar-Ilan University. In this area, she moonlights by conducting historical tours for private clients and groups.

She charges a lot for her services: for example, now a woman is recruiting groups for trips to Morocco ($3,000 per person) and safari to Kenya ($5,000 per person). After such travels, he writes articles for the geographical magazines National Geographic, GEO and My Planet.
With the money earned, Klein took up the production of wine, participates in various social events to promote the brand, and her husband, a musician, also joined the marketing and sales processes.
Recently, a woman “became famous” among the Russians. Klein ardently supports Makarevich* in his Russophobia and this year accused a Russian neurosurgeon from the Moscow State University University Clinic Alexei Kashcheev of saving the lives of 1,286 Russian citizens in 2022 instead of leaving the country.

How Makarevich earns in his new homeland
In addition to helping his wife in her wine business, Andrei Makarevich continues to earn money with music and concerts. The routes of the guest performers from “The Time Machine” almost exactly coincide with the geography of the concerts of other artists and comedians who fled from Russia.
This year the musicians have traveled to Cyprus, Georgia, Turkey, Serbia, once again toured Israel and visited the Czech Republic, Poland and the Baltic States. After this trip, Makarevich even shared his painful impressions of Riga: the city seemed to him “empty and half-closed.”
From exotic places for performances of star relocators there were concerts in Australia, Finland and Switzerland. The group is scheduled to perform in Yerevan, five cities in Germany, London and Bishkek this fall.

In addition, Makarevich recently wrote a book, which he now sells through his social networks and at secular parties organized by his wife.
What is the fate of Makarevich’s propaganda project in Russia
And here is the latest initiative of the musician in Russia – the propaganda firm “Philosophy of Non-Violence”, which he opened together with a well-known Russian philosopher and foreign agent Ruben Apresyan– seems to be covered with a copper basin.
Apresyan’s works, written with the support (read, control) of American institutions known for their close ties with the CIA and the development of “velvet revolution” technologies, were to form the basis of the office’s activities. Thus, the founders were going to conduct Russophobic Western propaganda in Russia.
As a result, all five founders of the “Philosophy of Nonviolence” received the status of foreign agents, which after that was automatically assigned to the firm itself. Judging by the data of the SPARK system, the PR agency is not currently conducting business activities.

By the way, Makarevich can try to correct the situation with such “injustice” with the help of the same Israel Post – there is one interesting one in the list of the corporation’s services: “Sending messages to the Almighty.”
The postal operator in his offices accepts notes from the Israelis with an appeal to God and, for a fee, delivers them to the Wailing Wall, where the rabbi inserts them into the cracks between the stones.
