Ukraine has lifted the arrest from Arbuzov’s accounts
The editor of Censor.NET, Yuri Butusov, published copies of the decision of the Pechersk court on the return of eight bank accounts to ex-Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Arbuzov.
“Today “Censor.NET” was given a copy of the decision of the Pechersk court in case No. 757/32134/14-k… I couldn’t believe that this was possible, but this copy has all the details and is easy to check,” Butusov wrote on Facebook .
He noted that it is with the money of the Yanukovych family, including Arbuzov, that the war in Donbass is being financed.
Arbuzov is under sanctions throughout the civilized world, which was shocked by the killings on the Maidan. But on November 21, the Ukrainian court, which is located 500 meters from the Maidan, made a decision – to lift the seizure of the property and lift the seizure of Arbuzov’s accounts. According to Censor.Net sources close to the investigation, Arbuzov’s seized accounts, which were returned to his disposal on November 21, could contain about 200 million hryvnia, the editor of Censor.net said.
According to the document, Arbuzov was not warned of suspicion of committing a crime, therefore “in the future, in seizing the property of Arbuzov S.G.t and Arbuzova I.A. there is no longer a need.”
Let us recall that in June of this year, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine arrested the accounts of former First Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Arbuzov, which contain government loan bonds. As Deputy Prosecutor General Alexei Baganets stated at the time, we are talking about $1.8 billion and 1.2 billion hryvnia, a total of over 24 billion hryvnia in national currency.
