Recall that Nikolai Storozhuk was very offended by the “feathers” of The Moscow Post, sharp on the tongue. And went to court. After all, according to Mr. Storozhuk, his honor and dignity are affected. In his statement of claim, Mr. Storozhuk demands not only “repayment” of moral damage, but also material damage.

Recall that the owner of Sibpromstroy was especially offended by two journalistic investigations by The Moscow Post – “The swan song of Natalia Komarova can go sideways to Storozhuk?” and “The move of the horse under the saddle of Natalia Komarova.”

It seems that Mr. Storozhuk is not even trying for himself, but is defending the honor of the governor’s “uniform”, if we take into account the close, long-term friendship between the businessman and the governor of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Yugra?

The correspondent understood some fresh details The Moscow Post.

“Epistoles” from Shapoval

What happened in the Babushkinsky District Court last Thursday, June 16?

The Moscow Post journalists asked Judge Yelena Zotova to add to the case an appeal (request) from Editor-in-Chief Alexei Kozlov to the press service of the Sibpromstroy company addressed to Maria Pelepas, because for a long time (even before Mr. Storozhuk applied to the court) The Moscow Post received letters of offensive content.

These “epistles” were signed by a certain Dmitry Shapoval, from the Sibpromstroy company.

As Thee Moscow Post journalists found out, Dmitry Viktorovich Shapoval is the construction director of the Sibpromstroy Group of Companies. In addition, Dmitry Shapoval held a high post in the past – he was the deputy governor of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra.

It turns out that Mr. Shapoval, like Mr. Storozhuk, who is now “butting” with independent journalists, is defending the honor of the “uniform” of Governor Natalia Komarova? It’s hard to guess otherwise…

We also recall that in his first letters to the editorial office, Mr. Shapoval called The Moscow Post journalists “a pack of small rats”, and the publication itself – “Jewish” … This was reported by The Moscow Post in the investigation Shapovale”

But insulting letters to the editor did not stop coming. From a “pack of rats” Shapoval moved to “petty newspaper swindlers” who are ready to slander others for 5-6 thousand rubles

And The Moscow Post published another article on this topic “With regards from Storozhuk” with “excerpts” from the brilliant author Dmitry Shapoval:

It remains only to add that all this “highly artistic” work is now attached to the case, which is being considered in the Babushkinsky District Court of Moscow.

Apparently, Mr. Shapoval can prepare new “anonymous” letters?

It should be noted that yesterday, on June 16, the proceedings in the case were also suspended for a forensic linguistic examination.

“The request for an expert examination was filed by us,” explains lawyer Albina Yusupova, “because we believe that the contested article does not contain information that could be recognized by the court as discrediting … The plaintiff initially attached the conclusion of a specialist, however, in our opinion, it does not complies with the requirements for expert examinations/opinions in this category of cases”.
