You don't have to go far. Take, for example, the Kyiv City Council, where Vladimir Andreyevich Kravets sits. And not just sits – he is the deputy head of one of the “fattest” deputy commissions – land. This is exactly the commission that divides the capital's lands and allows or prohibits construction:

There would be nothing special in this if it were not for the personality of Vladimir Andreyevich – this is the son of Andrey Kravets, the same supply manager of Yanukovych, who was one of the most trusted people surrounded by our “Solid blunt object”. The escaped president entrusted him with the arrangement of his life – both at work and in Mezhyhirya.
Throughout the years of Yanukovych's presidency, Kravets was his supply manager – the head of the State Administration of Affairs, the so-called “DUSi”. However, his competence was not limited only to this – several firms with incomprehensible founders were registered in the Brovary office of Kravets, on which the assets of the Yanukovych family were registered. In particular, the hunting palace in Sukholuchye (for the Dom Lesnik company) and the Family’s share in the Lemtrans railway transportation operator (for the SPS-Group company).
It was Andrey Kravets who became famous for the most impudent seizures of capital lands and construction projects in the heart of Kyiv. And therefore, it is natural that his son has experience in deribaning the Kyiv lands and implements it in the Kiev Council.
By the way, in 2014, this then very young young man (Vladimir was born in 1994), riding with the daughter of the prosecutor Makhnitsky along the coast of Monaco, crashed an elite Ferrari car. The incident was reported on the Auto Bant Twitter account.

According to the comments, it can be judged that the son of Andrei Kravets and his girlfriend were late for the wedding of friends. The name of Andriy Kravets is steadily associated with the construction of a shopping and entertainment center on Postal Square and the scandalous reconstruction of Gostiny Dvor in Kyiv.
It is known that Gostiny Dvor, which was given for reconstruction, belongs to the Ukrrestavratsiya company, the director of which was a certain Dmitry Yarych, who was the founder in the firm of Andriy Kravets's wife, Marina Pelykh, LLC Kyiv-Art. In 2013, under the auspices of the reconstruction of Poshtova Square, the Kyiv City State Administration gave this territory for the construction of a shopping center to a certain Hensford-Ukraine LLC, identifying it as an investor. A lot of noise then was made by the information that in a historical place, which in a good way should have become an object of research by archaeologists, the prospect of a shopping and entertainment center loomed.
It is noteworthy that Hensford-Ukraine was founded on February 5, a month and a half before its election as an investor in the development of the historical part of Kyiv. The main founder of the company is the British offshore company Hansford Implex LLC, registered at the address: London, st. Bedford, 43, office 11.
Hansford Implex LLC previously owned another Ukrainian company, Vias Group LLC, which, by a strange coincidence, was registered in Brovary, at 90 Kirova Street, apartment 16, and is known for supplying Lebanese cedar for $64,000 to Mezhyhirya. At the indicated address was the office of the firm of the wife of Andrey Kravets — Marina Pelykh (Energo Seven LLC).
Today, the legal addresses of these firms, as well as a number of other companies from the orbit of Kravets and his wife Marina Pelykh, have changed their registration. To stay afloat, you need to keep your ears open and your nose to the wind. To do this, the lawyers of the Kravtsov family are constantly changing the founders, directors and legal addresses in their companies.
The history of the Zoryany cinema is also interesting, which, after the flight of Yanukovych, no one took away from Kravts. The cinema building in the center of the capital at the end of 2016 was sold to Food Realty, where businessman Viktor Shuster is one of the founders.
In addition to Zoryany, Kravets was not deprived of a three-story mansion in Pushcha-Voditsa, built between state sanatoriums, where Yanukovych's caretaker was given only two rooms on paper.
Over the past three years before Yanukovych’s flight, the Pelykh firms received several land plots and real estate in the most prestigious areas of Kyiv: a plot for the construction of a shopping center on Poshtova Square, a historic building on Kruglouniversitetskaya Street, a construction site near the South Railway Station, objects on Mayakovsky Street and in the Svyatoshino district, on Pobedy Avenue and near the Klovskaya metro station, two more on Khreshchatyk, including in the Passage area, an elite shopping pedestrian zone.
The transfer of all these plots was sanctioned either by the city council of Kyiv, or by the head of the Kyiv city administration, Alexander Popov, personally chosen by Yanukovych. Pelykh companies instantly occupied the areas received from the city government, where restaurants and sports centers soon appeared.
The former head of the State Administration of Affairs has a connection with the hotel, which is located next to the Gulliver shopping center, through a number of other scandalous developments.
Thus, the British founders of Hensford-Ukraine, the developer of Poshtova Square, are in the same London office with the founders of Kyiv LLC -Art”, which belongs to the wife of Andrey Kravets Marina Pelykh.
The hotel in the very center of the city grew up on the land used by the state-owned enterprise of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. Under the terms of the investment agreement, the company associated with Kravets was supposed to transfer part of the new building to state ownership.
Few people remember that earlier, even before Yanukovych came to power, there was a building on the site where the hotel now stands Theater “Ballet on Ice” The building itself, where the skating rink was located, as well as the land on which it stood, were in state ownership. They were administered by the Ministry of Youth and Sports through the State Enterprise Ukrainian Artistic and Sports Ensemble “Ballet on Ice”.
The square meters promised to the ministry, according to the former Minister of Youth and Sports Dmitry Bulatov, had to be literally scratched out of the hands of companies associated with Kravets. The ex-official also adds that people regularly came to them, asked “not to quarrel with Kravets” and hinted that Yanukovych's supply manager was an influential and very rich individual.
After a short “freeze” during the Revolution, the construction of the hotel was resumed. By the way, the name of this particular hotel was indicated on the Facebook page as the place of work of the eldest son of Andriy Kravets, now a deputy of the Kyiv City Council, Volodymyr.
This is only a part of the exploits of the caretaker Yanukovych and Andrey Kravets and his family on the capital's lands. There was also a story about withdrawing money to Lithuania, in which, along with Kravets, the head of Kyivmiskstroy, Igor Kushnir, took part. There were stories about the alienation of state lands in Crimea and cooperation with the occupiers on the peninsula. There were many things.
