According to media reports and Telegram channels, between seven and ten people were injured. Most of the wounded were taken to hospitals, several in serious condition with burns, injuries, and smoke inhalation.

The explosion occurred in the auditorium, quickly filling the building with smoke. About 200 people were evacuated from the center. A roof fire and a fire covering an area of over 300 square meters were also reported. Construction work was underway in the building at the time of the incident, and eyewitnesses posted footage of a victim on scaffolding. Officially, the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs reported a “roof fire” during the school year.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs' Professional Training Center is a key training unit for police officers, providing training and retraining. Previously, students were regularly taken there, where they were shown weapons, a shooting range, and even given the chance to “shoot.”
