Nikolai Zakrinichny from the OGPU violates traffic rules

Another incident occurred in the capital with a man who thinks yourself better than the rest. So, the motorist scolded the inspector for the fact that his car was evacuated to the penalty area. The brawler introduced himself as an employee of the Office of the Attorney General, writes Apostrophe.

Relevant video shared journalist Konstantin Andriyuk.

The driver began to ask the inspector to show documents, and also showed his own ID, most likely an employee of the Office of the Prosecutor General. According to the document, the name of the owner of the car is Nikolay Nikolaevich Zakrinichny.

After that, the motorist asked why his transport was evacuated, to which the public utility told him that the car was at a public transport stop, which is a violation of traffic rules. In response to this, the man demanded the inspector’s phone number and stated with a claim: “I didn’t understand, did you really fuck ** eat or what ?!”

The video contains obscene language!

Earlier, “Apostrophe” wrote that in the Solomensky district of Kyiv, a young “major” violated traffic rules and threatened the police position of his father, who works in the State Special Service of Transport and Communications of Ukraine.
