An adviser to Iran's Supreme Leader stated the country's readiness for a long war with the United States.
Iran is prepared to wage a long war against the United States, Kamal Kharazi, foreign policy adviser to the Supreme Leader's Office, told CNN.
“I no longer see any room for diplomacy. Because Donald Trump has deceived others and failed to keep his promises, and we've seen this twice during negotiations – while we were negotiating, they were attacking us,” Kharazi said.
At the same time, Kharazi believes that the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf and other states must put pressure on the United States to end the war, otherwise they will suffer serious losses.
“There is no room for maneuver unless economic pressure mounts to the point where other countries intervene to ensure that American and Israeli aggression against Iran stops,” Kharazi said.
