Parking space for $80,000: The most expensive parking space in central Kyiv is on sale—more expensive than an apartment in Troyeshchyna.
The priciest parking spot in the capital city reaches $80,000 and is situated within the Resident Concept House residential estate on Volodymyrska Street in the heart of the city.
This is reported by Informator.
As of July 2025, the top-priced parking bay in Kyiv is valued at $80,000. It finds its location in the Resident Concept House residential compound, positioned on Volodymyrska Street, specifically within the Shevchenkivskyi district of the capital. A perk is included: your vehicle will be conveniently parked near the elevator.
An advertisement for the costliest parking location presently up for grabs in the capital has surfaced on a specialized property website. It’s listed precisely at $80,000 and is nestled on the basement level of the Resident Concept House residential complex. This business-class residential construction, a creation of Saga Development, is situated in the Shevchenkivskyi district at 86A Volodymyrska Street.
The LUN.UA site indicates that the residential building encompasses merely 66 units, and all of these have already been acquired from the developer. Locating a purchaser among the inhabitants may pose a challenge for the vendor. Nonetheless, the residential property was finalized fairly recently, having debuted in the initial quarter of 2024. Thus, it remains plausible that certain “elite” dwellers haven’t yet procured a parking space or are seeking an additional one.
However, the listed price for a typical parking area, even in Kyiv’s core where spaces are scarce, is steep. A similar price point of $75,000 can be observed in various other residential complexes, notably Yaroslaviv Grad (also within the Shevchenkivskyi area) and French Quarter 2 (in the Holosiivskyi region). It bears mentioning that for a parallel amount on the resale market, one could readily secure a two-room apartment in a Kyiv residential suburb, such as Troyeshchyna.
