Details: The average payment per deputy in January 2023 amounted to UAH 48.8 thousand. This amount includes the actual salary, a 100% salary supplement and variable payments – for an honorary title, for an academic degree, funds for vacation, sick leave or business trip.
The largest payments were received by the Chairman of the Parliament Ruslan Stefanchuk – 78.9 thousand hryvnias and the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Foreign Affairs Oleksandr Merezhko, who recently ran for for the PACE presidency – 69.1 thousand hryvnias.
The smallest: a deputy from the Dovira group Valery Lunchenko – 4.9 thousand hryvnias and Alexander Dubinsky, expelled from the “servants” faction – 5 thousand hryvnias.
Of those 19 deputies who did not receive a bonus for the intensity of their work, 17 did not receive any payments for January at all. Basically, these are people’s deputies from the banned HPO (Igor Abramovich, Oleg Voloshin, Taras Kozak, Natalya Korolevskaya, Renat Kuzmin, Viktor Medvedchuk, Yuriy Solod, non-factional Andrei Derkach), as well as several people’s deputies from other factions and groups, in particular Larisa Bilozir , Oles Dovgy, Olga Stefanishina.
Two more people’s deputies, Andrey Aksenov and Sergey Shakhov from the Dovira group, deprived of their mandate from the Opposition Platform for Life, did not receive a salary, but received compensation for unused vacation and compensation for a business trip, respectively.
In total, 19.4 million hryvnias were spent on all payments to deputies in January 2023, which is almost twice as much as in the same month last year, when 10.3 million hryvnias were spent on this from the budget.
Recall: From February 1, 2023, the rules for calculating cash payments for military personnel and the Defense Forces in general have changed in Ukraine.
The military, who are far behind the lines, outside the combat zone and do not perform tasks in the east, south or north of the country, will not receive an additional monthly payment of 30,000 hryvnias.
At the same time, the “rear” minimum wage for employees of the State Emergency Service and the police should be raised to 17.1 thousand hryvnia, for the military personnel of the NSU and the Armed Forces of Ukraine – up to 20 thousand hryvnia.
