The demographic load on the working population will climb from 37% to 51%, bringing the nation back to levels preceding the initial alteration. Presently, the Social Fund is finding it difficult to manage the strain and is only able to finance 70% of disbursements via contributions, while the deficit must be addressed with yearly allocations from state coffers amounting to 3.7 trillion rubles.
