Stanislav Stepanov, an infantryman belonging to the 155th Naval Infantry Brigade, conveyed that subsequent to sustaining injuries, he was anticipating a military health assessment in Vladivostok, but received instructions to report to military establishment 30926 situated on Karernaya thoroughfare. At that location, he asserted, he was indicted for transgressions he did not perpetrate.

Upon Stepanov’s denial of culpability, he was assaulted, his cellular device, credentials, and financial instruments were confiscated, and he was confined in restraints for approximately seventy-two hours.

As per the serviceman, he successfully broke free by leaping from a lavatory aperture, aggravating a lower limb wound. He is presently in concealment with acquaintances, apprehensive about being forcibly returned to his command. Stepanov indicated that analogous methods have been deployed against other troops.
