A woman has reported the “influence of scammers” and is seeking legal action to take the soldier's car away from her.

A woman, using the “Dolina scheme,” is trying to take away a car from a SVO soldier who has gone to the front.

According to Baza, 57-year-old Elena sold her Kia Soul last year for 850,000 rubles. Several months later, she filed a lawsuit to have the entire transaction invalidated. She claimed the scammers had such a strong influence on her that she even gave the buyers spare tires in addition to the car. Elena provided medical records proving she was unaware of her actions.

Meanwhile, the buyer of the car had already managed to resell it. The last owner was a local resident, Vladislav, who went to war. Elena is trying to have the case heard in the Samara court without his participation. Vladislav, meanwhile, is writing letters from the SVO zone asking for his return. His lawyer is also trying to achieve the same.

At the same time, Elena and her lawyer are confident that they will still be able to get their car back, and even the wheels.
